We had 3 different appointments and have yet to actually go in. The people that make the appointments are horrible. I called to make appointments for me and my wife 3 different times (1 we missed due to not really knowing which time was it was so that was our fault but the other 2 was totally their error). Today we had an appointment in Maricopa (which is where we live) however the guy never made my appointment but scheduled my wife's in Scottsdale! We arrived 20 minutes early but they could not find our appointments? The person at the Maricopa office was super nice trying to help us. Unfortunately they did not have an appointment for us in Maricopa but in Scottsdale my wife did but not me. Total incompetence! I am struggling with vertigo so this is added stress I don't need. Waiting for a Mgr to called back regarding this!

Don't bother. I have made 4 calls trying to get a prescription that should have been ready 2 weeks ago. You can't contact anyone in the doctors office they are all in different areas with no direct line. Everytime I go in the MA's don't even introduce themselves when rooming and taking vitals. Finding a different provider for my pregnancy I am over it.

This is my second time going there I was a little apprehensive. She was so quick, And even though my visit was for Initially somethings different, she had a hunch that something else was going on, and needless to say, she was absolutely correct. And now It’s imperative I must undergo surgery. Despite the circumstance, she made me feel Safe not rushed and the Dr. took her time, made sure all my questions were answered. I am very grateful and glad I came. Whether you’re a mom or not, I definitely recommend Mom
Doc. If you care about yourself and your body, then you should care about where your next appointment is at.

It is incredible to me how unprofessional this business is. We used to go to the location in Tempe and now we go to the chandler and Maricopa locations. I attend these appointments with my wife who is pregnant, and I have to request off work to attend these appointments. Almost every week on the morning of our appointment, they tell us that our doctor isn’t in today and that we have to drive 30 minutes to another location. I kid you not, this happens almost every time. Seems like they don’t have a good scheduling system in place, or they allow their doctors to call in as much as they want to. I can’t believe this place is still in business with how many rescheduled appointments we’ve had. Same thing today, we were scheduled for maricopa location, and now they’re telling us our doctor is out and we have to drive to Chandler. This is like the 10th time this has occurred….

This place is terribly unorganized. First the Dr canceled my appt 3 hrs before. Then I reschedule. They do the intake, oh wait Dr's at lunch and can't see you today. WHY DID THEY MAKE MY APPOINTMENT AT THE DRS LUNCH? I have been here for over an hr and won't see the Dr. I'm so disappointed there is not other options in maricopa. Not to mention their lobby/ check in is confusing and hard to check in.

I hold 2 jobs, so it is hard for me to get appts. I took the 1st night off because of this severe pain I have been having, I had to wait 2 weeks to get an ultrasound appt, I took another night off work to do this. The girl scheduled me at 4:10pm, I told her from the gate, that I work from home & live in the Trails so might be a couple minutes late. I raced down Honeycutt, hit traffic on John Wayne Pkwy, pulled into the driveway at 4:19pm, ran inside, waited for her to come out, she starts talking to another client, then checks me in, walks to the back, comes out & tells me "Sorry, we have to reschedule you, they only allow 15 mins & you were "16" mins late". I was so upset because it was HER fault I went over that 1 min. I am in so much pain. I work from home 7:00-4:00pm for United Healthcare & 5:00-9:00pm in Ahwatukee, Mon-Friday & all day Sat & Sunday. Then the Dr comes out & says "they only give a 15 min grace period, they have a life too." I WAS there in the 15 min period. I said "1 min & you can't make an exception? Look at that traffic" She told me "NO". I pleaded with her & told her "I literally took tonight off to get this done, I already had to wait 2 weeks for this & I am in alot of pain" They said "No sorry". Totally heartless. I DID show up within that window, it was HER staff that put me a minute over. Im sure if my insurance was better, they would have done it. So now I have to continue with this pain & continue stressing on this mass they told me about, not knowing if I have cancer or not.

New Staff and Doctor is awesome!! I felt welcomed, heard, understood, and taken care of. The place is filled with art; always bright, and clean. The people are kind, soft spoken, and compassionate.

Dr. Lucianna Cordeiro Is so freaking amazing! She genuinely Cares for her patients. She is very thorough and she is on top of everything. I really feel like she is a part of my family. And when I have my next baby, I hope she is able to deliver that baby as well. I highly recommend Dr. Cordeiro at MomDoc in Maricopa. I love you, Dr. Cordeiro
