The BEST urgent care experience I have ever had! I scheduled an appointment online. I arrived and the waiting room was empty. My appointment was perfectly on time! The building was so clean and pristine! The staff was friendly, timely, validating, and helpful. Tysen was great in explaining how to best take care of myself with my flu, as well as validating my feelings and making me feel so comfortable! I will definitely be returning for any future medical needs.

My daughter injured her arm and as turned out after doing x-ray she got forearm fracture. Everyone was amazing, starting from reception to the doctor. All staff were very professional and super helpful. My two year old daughter was excited for some kid juice. The facility is very clean with comfortable beds in individual rooms. The most professional place I’ve seen so far in US. Hope not to come back, but if you need help definitely come here.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. After another clinic misdiagnosed me, the doctor here took my symptoms seriously, conducted a thorough examination, and quickly diagnosed my pneumonia. They performed an X-ray and other necessary tests without any extra charges, which was a huge relief. The staff was professional, compassionate, and efficient. I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of reliable medical care.

Staff here was great, listened to my issues, and made me feel like i was taken care of. However besides the 2 hour wait time, the blonde female practitioner who saw me barely looked at my injured foot before telling me it was not broken (which I already knew), and prescribed me Tylenol. When I expressed to her the pain was more severe than the Tylenol would help she sarcastically replied “ well you haven’t taken it yet “ is if I was a child. Right before she had seen me I had a normal nurse who agreed with me when I expressed something didn’t look right. Now I’m still in pain (no thanks to the Tylenol) and reading through the reviews I find a lot of people describing the same experience. If you need to go to an urgent care please go anywhere else. This place obviously has an issue in giving people proper care or making sure they can go somewhere that can take of them.

I already had my medical insurance in file with Montage since I have been going to them for physical therapy for years now.

Well, the front desk decided to NOT tell they accept my insurance until 6 hours later! When I first made the appointment, she said "bring your insurance card" and when I had it to her, she immediately said "oh that's on file already but we don't accept that here."

Like if you only accept certain insurance companies, maybe you should ASK when someone calls about getting in the same day!

If you're on Medi-Cal/Medicaid, just go to the Emergency Room. You're in better hands there anyway.

UPDATE : 5/12/25 - Someone reached out to me from a main office and listened to my actual complaint and description of what happened and apologized and said that was not the way the situation should have been handled by the office. He said he would reach out to the office to ensure they are aware of the right procedure so it doesnt happen to others in the future and also said he would reverse the unearned copay charge. I am upgrading my rating to a 4 strictly because of his 5+ star attention to my issue.

This "visit" deserves 0 stars. I made an appointment for 9am and did the pre check in the day before. I showed up 10 minutes early. Finally at 10:30 someone came in. No apologies, acted like all was fine. I said I was upset because of waiting an hour and 30 minutes and then being told they don't have the ability to renew all of my prescription, only some. I said if they had told me that the day before, I would have gone elsewhere. But no, the day before they told me they could write my prescriptions. They wasted an hour and a half of my time and took $35 from me I. The form of a copay for ZERO services rendered. I know they are also going to bill my insurance for a service they did not provide, because I walked out when they told me they couldn't write all my prescription. And these meds are for diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol. I might understand if they were narcotics, but they were not. Don't waste your time making appointments here because the lady that finally came in said it was because they take walk in, and apparently walj ins get priority over appointments here. And the whole time I could hear them laughing and having a good time while I hated 90 minutes. Shameful.

This is the second time I have been cared for at this Mogo. I always make an appointment and the check in process in smooth and get seen almost immediately. Both time I have been cared for by nurse Monica. Shoutout to her, she is always respectful and courteous and goes above and beyond for her patients ☺️

They didn't take champ VA although it's an open access network and anyone can take it. Their staff and billing department was completely uneducated on how to bill them and wanted to charge me as self pay, so I just went to CHOMP instead and was in and out of CHOMP in less than 2 hours!
