I accidentally severely cut my thumb when travelling, and when I asked the hotel staff for a recommendation, they suggested MoGo Urgent Care. I walked in and was immediately able to talk with the receptionist. She explained that since I was a Kaiser member, I would need to pay a deductible, which I happily did. I was immediately seen by PA Thomas, who inspected the wound to determine if I should see a specialist. Once she determined that the nerves were not damaged, she and nurse Jennifer started the clean-up and stitches. They asked me about my last tetanus shot, and while I was trying to remember, they were able to access my Kaiser medical records and find my entire health history. They thoroughly explained what they were doing, what to expect, and how to care for the wound. They even sent me home with enough supplies to finish the trip. An hour and a half later, I was on my way. Had I gone to a local emergency room, I am sure it would have taken the rest of the day and cost at least a thousand dollars. Overall, this was an excellent experience, I highly recommend them if you need medical care.

I had a pleasant visit. Went there at around 2pm and it was empty, the receptionist was kind and took me in right away. The nurse was also very nice, the provider was thorough and very helpful. Highly recommend this facility. The overall visit took me less than an hour. It is also very clean and tidy.

Went to MoGo with my husband for an issue with his eye. The staff was outstanding. Marie, the PA, was kind, informative and reassuring. The facility is sparkling clean. Felt better than going to the ER. Thank you for the great service. Keep up the great work!

That was a really weird and terrible experience. Went in because I have a sinus infection and the nurse practitioner who treated me was super rude with an attitude. I was asking questions about about what I had, and questions about the anti biotic I was being prescribed, which she acted defensive about and snickered at me, she walked right out with out a goodbye, and no eye contact as I walked out and said thank you. Very weird. Do not recommend.

The care I received was top tier. Dr. Patricia was amazing. She was so kind. I came in with a laceration to my finger due to camping injury and she took great care of me. Thanks for everything.

Amazing staff, then the doctor came in. Never felt more rushed, and like what I was saying didn't matter. She kept cutting me off and and assuming what I was saying about my condition, not hearing what I thought was valuable info. Rude with instructions and even pointed out saying there was "no nice way to tell me to stop talking."

Had the unfortunate luck of getting sick while out of town from PA but the care I received at the MoGo urgent care in Carmel was impeccable!! Brian, NP, for my husband, one visit, and Patrice, NP, for myself, were thorough, kind, and answered our questions.

I thought the process, including the online preregistration was very efficient. I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. I was walking out of the door, on my way to pick out my prescription in less than 90 minutes including a X-ray.
The staff was very friendly, respectful and professional. The PA (Christine) was a quick study of my condition. Vitals were taken promptly and the X-ray tech (Ingrid) was quick and efficient.
I returned the next day to pick up my images etc.
