Came in to look at their selection of lift chairs. They have a large variety and the two gentleman Andre and Edward were very polite. I shop here often and it is always a welcoming store.

I went to the medical market to get some supplies for my grandma, I was very moved by the compassion Edward showed when showing me the stores selections of canes. Great customer service & I will definitely come back for any supplies I may need in the future.

The staff here are very helpful and you can tell they care about the customer. Some idiot parked their shiny new car over the wheelchair ramp. We had to walk much further to get to the door. The employee noticed this. We didn't say anything. He immediately wrote a note and put on the idiots car. They also have a great selection of products for home medical supplies as well as furniture and devices to assist people in need of transportation indoors and outdoors.

Just abhorrent service. The short E. Indian female with dark hair is probably the most over the top terrible customer service person I have come across. We think she might be the owner or she's related to the owner because no one keeps a job as long as she has when treating customers this way. She was rude to my aunt who is in her late 70s because my aunt took exception to her tone after inquiring about their return policy. By the way their return policy is very restrictive and they're total jerks about it as we found out. Their selection is ok but you can't really tell if the braces or the walkers are right for you unless you try them on and they won't let you. You first have to buy them, take them home, try the brace on or use the walker on a clean carpeted surface, etc. Then if you don't like it you can try to return it but it will be another annoying conversation with that lady behind the counter claiming there was a speck of dust on the walker and they can't take it back!! 😂 Seriously though you're better off just doing a basic web search and getting whatever you need online. Most online stores have good return policies and won't ruin your day if you need some basic explanations on their return polices or if you need some assistance when trying to decide on what to buy. We were at a loss for words!
That entire strip mall is a disaster, parking is a mess because you have to deal with Walmart traffic, then there's safety concerns because you have weird types hanging around the parking lot.

Limited cane & arm brace selection, and extremely overpriced recliner chairs. We double-cheked the same models online and the markup here is excessive. I brought my grandmother here and the employee at the front (short female, dark hair) was rude, belligerent and adamant about refusing to allow her to try on a brace even if she wore gloves. We had to buy it and then come back four days later to return it-- of course returning something here is another production/exercise in tolerating rude behavior & catty customer service. It took almost twenty minutes -and some very pointed words towards this employee- to finally get our refund. We wound up trying Amazon and they were a far better option- both on price and customer service.

Re: owner's response to this review: We are referring to the short dark haired female employee who has worked there for the last several years. The last time we went was 4 months ago; sorry if it took a while to make you aware of your employee's behavior. All the best.

I came today's with my dad's broken wheelchair. I think it was the Mgr who helped tighten or loosen a bolt. Said it couldn't be replaced but what he did got it working again - and at no charge! I saw another lighter wheelchair that I will be buying here as the wheelchair is light which is what I wanted. Very very helpful.
