This office is the worst I’ve ever been to. And as someone with a chronic illness and a disability, I have been to a lot of them. The front office girl who usually sits to the right is so unbelievably rude. She is passive aggressive every time we go in, even though the office NEVER calls us for referrals and for when my paperwork is done. They never do anything themselves. Billing has also messed up the coding for EVERYONE in the household, even though we’re all on different insurances. It’s a shame that Dr. Hong is such an amazing doctor in such a terrible office. Even the EDD told me to find a new physician after hearing how ridiculous their disability procedure is. And don’t get me started on the disability center in Livingston—they made me feel like an idiot for filling out a form my doctor LEFT BLANK and even the EDD said that letting someone else fill out my form from medical notes alone should be invalid. Do not go here, if you have a choice. But if you’re poor like me, you usually don’t, and it should be criminal how awful this office is because of that.

I'm only giving this place 1 star because of Dr. Alberto. The staff is amazing and always helpful. Dr Alberto doesn't listen to your thoughts or needs. He fails to order anything he says he's going to order or takes a very long time to do so. My experiences is I have to keep calling the office multiple times because he's not sending the prescription to the pharmacy or not putting in referrals he says he's going to do. I had to change Drs due to his negligence. It's very frustrating that a Dr will say he's going to do something and then doesn't do it or takes a long time to do so. I've worked in the medical field for 10+ years and this is a first I've seen of a Dr doing these things. It's very disappointing.

We had an appointment and I wanted to get seen earlier so we showed up earlier in hopes to get in quicker. When I got there they said “she has no patients you might be able to get in early.” I waited and they didn’t even call us in on our appointment time. I had to make this appointment just to get a formed filled out.

BEWARE!!! PREJUDICE AGAINST AFRICAN AMERICANS!! They only want to deal with the Hispanic community. I am a patient there and plan on switching ASAP. If you are AFRICAN AFRICAN/BLACK...do NOT go there!! You have been warned. Don't take my word for it, go see for yourself. They only play Hispanic music with Spanish lyrics, even though they have patients who are NOT hispanic and don't speak Spanish. Disrespectful!! PREJUDICE!! Front office staff act like little girls, laughing & joking about things on their cell phone when they should be working and save the rest for break/lunch breaks. Very immature. Front office staff give me dirty looks and attitude every time I come in. They look at me and treat me like I have COODIES🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ I haven't seen No Black/African American Employees or patient since I have been coming to their clinic. Medical Records Department suck and are slow to to their job with Medical Records. It is sickening and DISGUSTING!! The nerve!! SMH. Shame on you guys, Livingston Community Health!! Every time I have went there, I am treated and looked at like I don't belong. It is clearly evident that they only want to serve ONE race...Hispanic. This is DISCRIMINATION. I am filing a police report and exposing them for such prejudice treatment in any way I can...Police report, Modesto Bee, Yelp, White Pages, and all Social Media Platforms. What a DISGRACE!! By the way...YES, I am black and proud of it!! I do NOT recommend this place- GO ELSEWHERE!!

I like it here because it's not ever jam packed with patients due to overbooking or patient overload. On the downside, visits take longer than they should due to the employee "chit-chat".

Staff is friendly and service is great . I especially like the nurse practitioner, she seemed to know more then most doctors I've been to. She is very good at explaining in detail and takes her time to talk to the patients.

this is my bad experience.. I take muscle relaxants daily for chronic pain. My Dr was supposedly out of the office However the covering Dr did not cover my needs this place neglected my needs by ignoring my requests for my medication, they just didn’t respond back to the requests I put in & they also ignored the pharmacy requests for same medication. Then when I had to speak to the office manager Jose L he lied to me. (I have witnesses to back up my experience.) I feel like this is not the way people should be treated.. especially when it is routine medicine I take daily and they left me to suffer in pain for 9 days without my medication and they didn’t even care that they made me suffer all this time.. I wouldn’t recommend this place for your healthcare needs.. bc if you need something when your Dr is out you might have to wait also they said my dr was out for a wk and it has been longer than that already. So my advice is Don’t come here unless if you want bad service or don’t mind it.. I’m unhappy with them especially the office manager which has no empathy and is untrustworthy, Jose L, and the receptionist lied too. His name was Julian I think. This place is not honest I’m going to look for a new Drs office do to this. This drs office acts like you are there to help them not that they get paid to provide health care services for their clients/patients.I’ve never been treated this way by a Drs office before

I was able to see Dr. Hong here at Modesto Health Center and she was very professional and very quick! Would definitely recommend her as a primary care physician
