Very nonchalant attitude. Very passive about delay in patient care. I placed and order and revisited 3 times in 5 weeks regarding my order. 2 of 3 times was told order did not come in. On 3rd and final visit was told that account with supplier lapsed and was unable to get the product. Very poor customer service. A phone call would of been appreciated. I wonder if my product was even ordered to begin with.

Stay away from this establishment. They're truly not helpful at all! I was told they didn't have my product in stock, but would definitely have it by the following day because it only needed to be pulled from the warehouse in Auburndale...a less than 15 minute drive away. I waited two days,no phone call, no product. Now I have to go to the ER for help. What should have cost 25 dollars at most, will now cost me over 200 for an ER visit.If you can order your products online from a reputable retailer, do so and save yourself the hassle.

The customer service is awful, very little help. Ever since we started using their service it has been a hassle. We are not even paying out of pocket, is thru insurance pre ordered materials. I'm getting a new supplier.
