Thank you Dr. Shin-Chern Wang, MD. You made everything go so smoothly. I had my appointment with you for a Orientation. You went over different surgerys for a gastric bypass or sleeve. My journey was amazing. During my weight check ins I was so nervous and un sure of making my goal weight. You always were so kind and encouraging. After the last weight check in we went over all the details on what's going to happen for surgery. Check in for surgery you were focused and amazing. I had a hard time after waking up but it was normal until I got up and walked my pain went away. I had a little bruising but as expected. Very little scars and recovery was easy. Dr Wang was amazing and my Results are far better then I thought. Thank you for changing my life for the best and being amazing support. I definitely recommend her. I also got approved with IEHP. Don't wait, get it done if your thinking about surgery for weight loss.

The male nurse was very kind and efficient. The Doctor was very attentive to my surgical needs. I was treated well and respected as a person. Never felt like a number. Receptionist was a friendly smile and felt also like my needs were their concern

I was seen quickly with little wait time, the office and treatment rooms were clean, nicely furnished, felt sanitary wtihout being too sterile feeling. The nurse was friendly, the doctor was professional, explained the options for my surgical procedure, he did not "dumb it down" for me, nor did he get so "medical" that I wouldn't understand. He actually provided information, answered my questions without being condescending (had that experience elsewhere), and I'm looking forward to seeing how the manage the insurance approval process and getting back to me for scheduling. Will follow up...

Dr. Chin did 2 separate breast Cancer surgeries on me and both times he was so caring, professional, polite ,knowledgeable and one of the best skilled Surgeons out there. His work is amazing and I can never thank him enough for what he has done for me. I definitely recommend him ❤

Dr. Michael Tran is phenomenal! He was actually my second opinion surgeon and he made me feel so much more comfortable about my procedure. He was very patient, explained the surgery, and all around a caring and professional surgeon. I am so glad that I chose to go with him and his course of action on my surgery. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. The office staff was very kind and helpful and the entire experience was very pleasant (well as good as it gets when having to have a surgery at least!). 5-stars, two thumbs up, great job Mission Surgical Clinic!!

This clinic is ok and on top of most everything except for turning in disability payment info to the state as they say they will handle, so you will have zero income not mentioning the person in charge of this tasks name. She has zero concern with your $.. One thing I commend more than that is Dr. Michael Tran himself though. I cannot express myself sufficiently regarding this amazing, knowledgeable, caring, young man. He is passionate about what he does and genuinely cares about his patients. If you are lucky enough to work with him as your Doctor, you will surely understand and agree.

UPDATE: This is an updated review. My initial visit with Dr Lien and her staff was great and that is the only reason I gave any stars. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to get my surgery scheduled. I called a few times and was told it was the authorization holding things up. So i called my insurance company, the authorization was sent over a week after my visit and it had been denied due to a technical reason (wrong hospital was selected). So they immediately pushed the authorization through and I called Mission Surgical back with the authorization number. Now approaching a week later, I've left several messages for the scheduler Maria with no response. Someone should be able to give me a call back at least and let me know they are working on it or what the schedule looks like. If this is what their patient service is like for everyone then I definitely wouldn't recommend them.
