I have been here a couple times recently for different imaging tests. It’s a convenient location and the facilities inside are clean and welcoming. Jenn H at the reception desk is awesome! She’s extremely kind and helpful and goes above and beyond, giving each person her undivided attention. There was one imaging tech that was a little abrupt and abrasive, but I’m still happy to schedule future appointments here as I feel comfortable I will continue to have a good experience overall.

I’m using this center for years & I’m very happy with it. Very convenient, friendly front desk associates & professional services. Special thanks to Annette who was very helpful in my last visit in October 17 to retrieve my mammogram order cause I forgot to take it with me. She took her time to make multiple calls to get a copy of my order. She saved my day! 🙏😊

I’ve waited months to write this review to ensure it’s something I want to put out there as unfavorable. I don’t take these things lightly in terms of poor reviews. Jane in the women’s wellness center is an uncaring and condescending person. She did mammograms years ago and somehow got promoted to overseeing the ultrasound department; how that happened I’ll never know. I’ve seen her in action yearly for the last seven years, either in person or just watching her talk to patients. She lacks any bedside manner even when it’s a stressful situation. The other techs and nurses are stellar!! I’m a supervisor of many people and if anybody treated people in the manner she does, that would be a problem. Jane doesn’t fully listen to you and sums up a conversation in a rude and uncaring way. She acts like she’s unhappy on the job and can’t even problem solve situations that need a remedy. I have no clue why she was promoted but I ask those in charge to take a deep dive into who’s running the department. Why did I decide to post this months later? I ran into a complete stranger and we got to talking and shared her history at the same place and to avoid Jane. I almost giggled out loud because it’s a small world after all. Your center and the staff and A+, except for Jane.

Bad experience. They submitted a bill of $641 for a simple X-ray image, providing incorrect information such as the location, to the insurance company. Fortunately, the insurance company only accepted the actual price of $83 for the service. I advise staying away from this provider and facility. While they may not directly steal money from you, they seem to attempt to do so from your insurance company by submitting inaccurate CPT codes, prices, and locations.

All the staff extremely nice, and you will feel at home with the comfortable furnishings and beautiful paintings surrounding the walls. For years I continue to there for the experience within a friendly peaceful environment. We women deserve it❤

My first visit here for a bone density scan. The front desk staff was very helpful & kind: I completely forgot my doctor's order but luckily I had a picture of it & with the help of the Sweet young lady at the front desk, I was able to email it & she printed out for me....what a relief!!! Thank you so much 🤗

C ray are only walk in. Said 30 minutes. 1 hour later I ask and it’s no where close. Zero accountability. The mission group in general has been good but this facility ruined my taste
