First of all the shipping was extremely fast! I had been suffering with lower back and leg pain due to a herniated disk pinching my sciatic nerve for over a week. I tried the chiropractor, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, muscle relaxers, pain killers, bio freeze, tiger balm etc. with no relief. The CBD Chiro cream and Chiro Spray from Miracle instantly numbed my pain. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering with sciatic nerve pain, it will do the trick!

These Chapsticks are the real deal!!! i ordered these from the website and the product got too me pretty fast. These help me in the harsh winters where I'm from and keep my lips from getting sores. I also ordered the Chiro cream for my lower back pain and its made my life so much easier, I use it twice a day and its really improved my everyday pain. I've used over the counter menthol rubs and this chiro cream is by far the best thing I've used for my pain!!! Overall this companies products are top of the line and im extremely happy with my purchases.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I paid $15 extra for express shipping, but they charged my card and checked me out without telling how long “express shipping” entails. I was desperate due to a dog in pain with cancer. When I contacted customer service, they were absolutely worthless and gave me AI BOT answers. Then, when I got a bit frustrated, they cancelled my entire order. I did NOT want my order cancelled… I just wanted honest and upfront business tactics after paying $15 extra for shipping. They clearly have zero regard for animals, deceptive shipping practices, and customer service is non existent… it’s run by robots (not humans). Shame on this worthless company for canceling my cancer ridden dogs meds WITHOUT my permission, all because I inquired about an actual shipping estimate on the $15 extra I paid for expedited shipping. Disgusting company!!

Edit: notice all of the poor reviews they gaslight and say they don’t have record of the purchase. That should tell you all you need to know!! Deceptive AF shady company. Stay away!!!

The product is seriously a Miracle!! However, I cannot get ahold of anyone to figure out why fulfillment and shipping are taking so long. I have only ever bought 3rd party and LOVE the CBD gummies for my kiddo, as they have nearly helped stop her seizures. So I wanted to buy direct but, I'm running out of the gummies I have and placed my order a week ago with no indication shipping will be happening soon. I call and get a message machine every time. The product 100% amazing, the communication is lacking completely.

Very disappointed with customer service.
Used 8-10 bottles of various concentrations of Miracle's CBD Tincture Oil with only one problem. One bottle of 1500mg that was either mislabeled or defective. I tried contacting the company twice to speak with them about quality control but never heard back from them. I guess I'll go back to Green Roads CBD oil.

My wife suffered a hemorrhagic stroke about three years ago and has suffered nerve pains on her whole right side. The neurologist has been treating her with Gabapentin and Flexeril with a moderate reduction in pain. Her back surgeon said it wouldn't be harmful to try some hemp related topical cream. Our daughter purchased her a 500 mg bottle of CBD CHIRO CREAM. We are now on our third bottle. It works that good for her. It seems to pick up where the Gabapentin and Flexeril leave off. There have been no observed side effects after four months except the reduction in pain. We highly recommend this product.

Questionable business, I called early in the day and left a message, for a return call well they never called back, by the way it took 15 minutes for the answering machine to answer. they claim to help veterans well this Vietnam vet has serious doubts. no rating. one star is not correct minus 5 is correct had to give one star to post.
