I made a same day on-line appointment with the CVS Minute Clinic. It was very convenient and easily done. The health care provider was quite thorough and enabled me to get an x-ray done within an hour of our meeting. When the x-ray was returned to the clinic, the clinic called me with the results and the clinic's recommendations. I highly recommend this clinic and it's services. Their health practioners are top notch!

I was really hesitant about going to minute clinic, but I’m really glad I did! The concierge was really helpful and friendly! And the nurse I saw was wonderful!! She really listened to my needs, and took her time. She seemed like she genuinely cared about me and my health. It ended up being a lot cheaper than an urgent care visit for me, with my insurance. I would definitely do this again, and I would go back to the Valencia location. Also, booking the appointment, and the check in process at the kiosk was really easy. They get 5 stars from me!

It's all about money with this co. If u don't have ins (most ins dont even cover this anymore) they charge for separate visits to get TB test done and read, and to get it read it's $4 more? So $35 to get it done then $39 to get it read!!? Absolute friggn nonsense!!! Just go to your local county health dept clinic, they only charge one fee that includes BOTH visits not to mention their fee is half the cost. Wish I would've known that before hand, good thing they have awesome NP's that recommended the cheaper route.

I dread going to the hospital or urgent care so booked an appointment here hoping it would be a much easier process and it was! I was seen quickly after arriving. The staff was all very nice, they don’t rush you and they listen to your concerns. They even followed up after my appointment to see how I was doing. I had an extra request after my appointment that they were very helpful with. I would come here again 10/10

First of all, I recognize this review won’t change anything, but it will serve as a warning to others. And it will make me feel better.

The online “hold your place in line” feature is completely useless. I “held my place” at around 3:15p. Arrived about 3:30p. I wait an hour, during which time nobody else comes to the waiting area (one lady waiting already). About 4:40p the nurse comes out and tells me there are three people ahead of me and it will probably be another hour and a half. How does this make sense? What exactly did I fill out online? Thank you for not valuing my time, CVS. It is, after all, completely worthless, and I have nothing better to do.

Promptly went across the street to another urgent care.

To be clear, this is nothing against the staff at the clinic. I actually gave two stars instead of one because the nurse was courteous enough to tell me the wait instead of just letting me sit there. It is, however, a big problem the company itself needs to address. Overall very dissatisfied.

Tried to get a walk-in appt, but nurse was too busy doing paperwork. No walk-ins accepted at this time. Healthcare for profit; not for your well-being..
