Just leaving after our VDay promo couples massage and facial, and my husband and I feel relaxed. Overall, I agree with the reviews. This was our first couples massage, and although it was a good intro. one, it definitely was not all that.

Pros: hot towels, hot stones, the 2 ladies were nice and hospitable, they honor your groupon, and it was relatively clean

Cons: not an actual spa, no robes or slippers, no real drink/treat options (they do offer halloween candies at the end lol), cleanliness, many distractions...one of the ladies stopped a couple times to text and her phone kept buzzing at my feet. It was more rubbing than a massage. They kept walking in and out. The music cut off at one point so my lady had to leave to get her phone charger. None of the rubbing was the same on both sides. Also, my woman kept uncovering my boobs to massage my arms, which I found uncomfortable and has never happened to me before when getting a massage. The facial was OK, but she used a face mask on me, which again, never happened to me before, and she covered my nose soI couldn't breathe well for some time (I uncovered my nose myself). Also, they use paper towels for your face once you turn over, which is smart but a little raggedy to be a spa... It is a house, and they use every space. We were not comfortable with their cleanliness so we did not drink anything from them.

If i can give 00 stars i would. This place is horrible, not clean at all. You can see mold n the walls inside the cabin where you are supposed to receive your corporal treatment. You don’t see results other than get burn because they use glycerin instead of get to do radio frequency. They promote champagne in some services but you end up getting sparkling water and chocolates, yeah right only the remaining ones from Halloween. Please avoid this place.

So I saw an email for a special on a 50min facial and massage with hot stones. I booked it and when I arrived (which place was hard to find because it looks like a house and I had to park in the back in muddy backyard), the front desk tried to convince me I was booked at their coral gables location. I had to show proof of messages I was at the right place. They ended up taking my appt, but 10mins later than schedule. The facial was decent (but it’s not a real one— more like a face wash) and the massage which I was really looking Forward to bc it was my bday and I had back pain — it was absolutely terrible! It felt like she was just rubbing lotion on me and at one point while rubbing my left leg, I know for a fact she was texting on her phone and I just couldn’t believe it. She was doing the same up and down rub down on my left leg for no lie— like 3-5 mins while texting. I got so annoyed, I didn’t even tip her bc i paid $100 for a rub down of oil and face wash that I drove 30mins to get on my bday. Oh and then they gave me a cup of water (my deal was suppose to come with champagne and chocolates) and some old Halloween looking mini m&ms. This was a joke…This place was definitely mediocre and disappointing. I so badly wished I would of read the reviews before going.

I bought a Groupon because the deal sounded relaxing which was the best gift spa package for my self and sister for her birthday. First no one was there to greet us? We had to wait like 10 minutes before someone finally came out of a room who was actually doing a service on someone. My appointment was not on time. It was a rub down and my facial made me sick. And the chocolate was not good it was trick-or-treat candy. My mom had appointment after us and no longer wanted her service Due to their unprofessionalism.

It was one of the best experiences i had. First of all, due to traffic we were 20 minutes late. Muriel gave us a warm welcome and said you are slightly late, but it's okay and still has the 80-minute massage as advertised.
Secondly, when we entered the room, it was well prepared and appropriate for the occasion, valentines decoration, champagne and chocolate at bedside, smooth music. It was really relaxing. Thirdly, the therapists are very professional and respectful. They make you feel comfortable. We will definitely go back there. I definitely recommend the spa 100%. You won't regret it. I accept everybody's opinion. For my bad reviewers, treat people nice so they can treat you nice as well. If you're being rude and disrespectful, what are your expectations?

I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage as a gift, and I was so embarrassed to have taken my partner here. The space for the couples massage was too small, so the therapists couldn't work on my right side until they finished with my partner's left side. There was no point where I was asked about preferred pressure or how I'd like my massage or about problem areas. The experience was more of an extensive lathering than a massage. During the massage, the therapist rubbed essential oil on her hands and held them over my face and said "SMELL-This is aroma therapy". When I finished, they pointed to a small sign on the counter and said I owed $22 for use of the oils as "aroma therapy" 👎🏽. To top it all off, there was a colony of roaches under my shoes and clothes when I picked them up from the chair that they told me to leave my belongings on. Not only was this the worst massage experience I've ever had, but it was also the most expensive.

It was a cute place. The initial area is definitely a bit sketchy they need better signage to look a bit more welcoming. I also arrived 30 mins early. I my actual session started 30 mins after my start time. The girls also speak very little English so it was a bit hard to communicate. The facial and massage was good. The massage coulda had a lil more pressure but I was relaxed and what not. The chocolate option was legit an almond joy that u get on Halloween....I left that. I drank the champagne it was good however the cups coulda been .ore presentable. All in all it was decent experience if u looking for an indoor activity to do

The experience was exceptional. My body was catered to on that day. The Masseuses were very warm and welcoming. The champagne that was given prior to your body being pampered was good, my only problem was the glass in which they were served, it was a little dull and the chocolate that were presented. I mean for a place that is of such good quality I am expecting a nicer presentation with the champagne and chocolate. Location was a little sketchy at first but after trying again for a second time you'll definitely feel comfortable. Overall it was a pretty good experience and I am looking forward for another session.
