I am on my third monthly visit and I am looking forward to seeing Jeannine Donald Jones again. From the very first appointment, she was caring, considerate, and kind handling my medical concerns. She always thoroughly speaks to me and gives me excellent provider medical services. She is the #1 best provider I have experienced in my life. I thank God for her professionalism and her intelligence in handling me with great compassionate, genuine, kind, understanding care.

The telemedicine online patient portal is very user-friendly, easy to schedule appointments and receiving all appointment reminders are excellent for keeping me peacefully organized.

I’ve had a terrible time sleeping and everything I was prescribed
by several doctors didn’t help me. Mindpath was my last resort. We had an online meeting and I was prescribed several medications and they worked well. my anxiety level went down and i am able to sleep. Its not perfect yet but it’s far better than it was. I had a second session and the therapist was happy with the results thus far. We have a 3rd meeting scheduled 3 months to see where we go from there. I’m very satisfied with my results and highly recommend their service to anyone needing help and not finding it elsewhere.

Great experience with Ethan on my initial appointment as well as my followup call. He asked the necessary questions to evaluate my concerns. Each time he has made me feel comfortable/not embarrassed of my situation.

I am beyond happy I chose Mindpath Health, more specifically Jeanine Jones Donald. I had a new patient appointment, which are always awkward and uncomfortable so I wasn’t expecting much. However, she was truly amazing. She is warm and personable and very easy to speak to. It didn’t feel like a stuffy awkward doctors appointment, it felt like we were having a conversation. She discussed my medical history, prescriptions, and goals with me and helped me reevaluate my current treatment which was something I had been interested in pursuing but never felt confident enough to take the lead in appointments with other care providers. She made me feel empowered to take control of my own health and confident in her knowledge and expertise. I can actually say I am looking forward to my next appointments.

Valatou is the only psychiatrist for me. I started seeing Valatou in July 5, 2024 & she has already made such a positive impact on me. My husband started seeing her in November & she has really helped him. She is so compassionate & caring & she is always prepared before our tele-health visits. She remembers everything that’s going on with you because she cares & reviews her notes before your session. She has just been the best. I have been having issues with being sick since shoulder reconstruction surgery on 2/23/24, I’ve been hospitalized twice, almost died from a complete bowel obstruction & I have felt like a burden on everyone around me, despite my husband’s reassurance & Valatou has helped me accept that I need to not be so hard on myself. After 10 months & close to 100lbs of unintentional weight loss, I have finally been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, they are just trying to pinpoint which one. When I met with Valatou yesterday, she helped me understand & she always makes me feel so much better. She has never made me or my husband feel rushed, she actually goes right with your pace, she just has this knack of making you feel better. My husband has been holding my hand & witnessing everything my body has endured, he even saved my life with the bowel obstruction. Valatou has helped us navigate these unfamiliar health territories. This review isn’t giving her justice because I am not feeling myself, so I may come back & edit. We both highly recommend Valatou, she helps you feel better when you feel lost. I am so thankful for Dr. Imbert choosing her to continue our care, seamless transition. I appreciate her so much that there have been a few times when I’ve almost ended our sessions with an I love you & that’s crazy for me. Valatou is such so caring & invested in your wellbeing. She has experience in other fields which has also been extremely helpful for me. She is so understanding, I didn’t start a new medication out of concern & she completely understood.

It was recommended to get tested by Genesight. I asked what the cost would be and was told they would call me after the company determined what portion the insurance would cover. I confirmed this again with the therapist and again at the front desk when they took my swab. They assured me that the test would not be completed until they verified the cost with me. This didn't happen. My insurance did not cover any portion and now Genesight expects me to pay them. I feel scammed and cannot trust anyone at this office.
