Mindpath Health is an affordable way to recovery. Dr. Hatira Watts is friendly and professional. I trust her with my mental health. The psychiatrist is easy to talk to on zoom. I recommend Mindpath Health to other patients like myself. It’s a safe environment. I have to take medication and talk to the psychiatrist. Dr. Watts treat you like a normal human and is very professional. You have to listen to Gabby on the phone. I’m glad I found Mindpath Health. I’m a happier person. Always listen to your doctor. They’ll save your life. My telemedicine appointments are always succinct and to the point. I can express myself and not get hurt. I have Telemedicine appointment on zoom. It’s nice talking to the psychiatrist on the phone. I have mental illness and it’s a lifelong illness. Not only does Dr. Watts prescribe medication, we plan for the future. I identify myself as Vietnamese and Buddhist.

Let me start off by saying I’ve been seeing Julie for about 7 years on and off and she is PHENOMENAL! Can’t rave enough about her. Only reason I’m rating four stars is because the meetings are over zoom now which comes with it’s own complications but other than that I cannot recommend Julie enough, she’s very personable and truly the sweetest.

they try, mental illness cannot be solved through the free market. definitely felt like my provider minimized my symptoms, i can't just stop thinking everyone hates, hello- mental illness! and when i tried to change doctors it was a nightmare, had to initiate it twice. i don't think corporations understand we are at our wits end.

The Chico Mindpath office staff is heads-up, caring and pleasant to work with, especially Gabby.

I like my psychiatrist Dr. Kaur a lot! She too is pleasant, compassionate and personable. Also deeply and broadly knowledgeable. My one gripe is that sometimes her sentences get long enough that I lose her point. This is on me. I should speak up when I don’t understand--even if it IS flattering that she assumes I know the terms she's using. 🙂

The office staff is kind and helpful. Dr. Watts, unfortunately, had a difficult time remembering my daughter's background, history, and diagnosis. She often seemed confused, and asked the same questions repeatedly. She would forget what medications my daughter was currently taking, and which medications had already been tried.
