Completely disorganized, apathetic, dangerous, time-wasting program. I was recommended this place and never have I been treated so poorly and passive-aggressively. All you’re given is lip service by the staff minus the occupational therapists, they seem to be suffering along with everyone else.

Not only this, but they withheld my medication and didn’t give me the medication documented at discharged. On the phone with the nurse asking why that is, she said she “complained” to the people regarding this matter and they said, and I quote “Too bad” because the woman in charge of the dept is apparently quitting today. Figures.

Disgusting treatment of people looking for help. They should all be ashamed of themselves. They don’t show empathy, they exercise Lip Service. Pree at the front desk, Janika, Dora, Dr. Waheedi, and Anixa Carmona.
