My husband took my one year old here because it was the weekend and she was feeling pretty poorly with upper respiratory symptoms and fever. All staff were very nice and efficient and the visit was less than an hour! 10/10 recommend- best urgent care in Auburn!!

Ashley, Lisa, and Kiara took great care of me from the beginning to the end of my appointment. I made a phone call to see if an X-ray machine was in office because I stopped by another urgent care and the office was going to have to do a referral. I called Mills and was greeted professionally. I was greeted and checked in promptly upon arrival. The service was pleasant and professional from the beginning to the end! Thank you all for taking great care of me!

I didn't like what you had to tell me, but I'm so grateful you were there, since my own drs office were 'too busy' to get a very old established patient in! I went here because I was on day two of debilitating pain that was keeping me from my daily activities. I described my pain as severe, because it was. If it’s bad enough to have at the urgent care when I have other things to do, it’s severe. When seen by the nurse practitioner, she told me “you say it’s severe, but you seem quite well and tolerating it fine!”. I saw this as very dismissive of my pain and almost as though I was being made out to be hysterical. Then, at the end of the appointment, she told me, “go home, live your life, and go to the er if it gets severe,” which honestly felt like a dig. Overall, would not recommend. Nurse practitioners like her are the reason that so many people distrust medical professionals.
