So it turns out I have pneumonia after being turned away right behind the person they were checking in who drove in a few seconds before me run don’t walk from this . I don’t care how busy they are what they did was wrong! I ended up going to another place that was so much better!I wish I could give this office a zero. I rarely get negative reviews but the girl in front of me was the last patient they were going to take at 5:15. I was told when I called about an hour prior that they were open until seven I will display photos of Their hours on their door. The receptionist was very rude. When I told her I was having some chest pain related to the flu. She said I can’t believe he drove here and I said well I’ve had it since yesterday. I think it’s muscular, but I need to rule out pneumonia because I’ve had it before I have also been a patient at millennium before. Very rude and not fair for them to stop taking people an hour and a half before they are supposed to close.

Called at 4:15 and spoke to someone to see if they were still taking walk-in patients. The girl put me on hold and then came back and said how soon can you be there? I said I can be there in 15 minutes. She said then they'll be able to take you if you get there in 15 minutes. Got there at 4:30 and the very rude lady at the front desk try to tell me that I didn't talk to them. I told them I called the number and they put me on hold and came back and told me it was fine. Then some guy chimed in behind her and said oh yeah, somebody from the call line talked to him but he told her that they would not be able to take me. They're a bunch of liars. This is the second time they'd done this to me. The rude lady was like but you need to come in earlier in a very nasty tone. I said that's fine if people don't have to work. She just rolled her eyes at me. I will never go there again. Came to MD Now up the street. They were extremely nice. I'll be using them from now on. When I look at the reviews for Millennium walk-in, there are a lot of negative reviews and comments about the rude person working the front desk. Maybe you guys need to take a closer look at that.

I had a good experience at this location. Everything was explained in great detail from the moment at check in all the way to the doctor.
I was worried because after check in at around 245 I was text that my appt was 545. Lots of people in the waiting room.
I was called in 1 hour after my arrival. I was home before my actual appointment time. They wrote me a prescription for an ear infection and told me to come back if it doesn't fix the issue. Time is very important and they were quick!

Generally I am not a fan of doctors, but my experience here was as good as any I have had anywhere. Especially considering that it is a walk-in clinic, I thought things would be more impersonal and certainly did not expect the friendly and conscientious service I received. Sarah, the nurse practitioner, went above and beyond to do a thorough exam and found some excellent solutions for my health issues. The office receptionist and the intake person were both friendly and caring. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my friends!

Arrived at 6:07. Was told by reception they were no longer seeing patients even though hours were until 7:00. Did not ask why I was there. Absolutely no concern. I was handed a paper copy of other places I could go. Absolutely horrible experience and I will never go back. Makes me want to reconsider my whole affiliation and history with Millenium physician group if I just can't count on them when needed most.

Very nice, clean office. Very well run. Everyone was polite and professional from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Unfortunately my dental emergency wasn't covered so I had to pay up front, but the taste was reasonably and more of a fault of the insurance system

The facility was slammed the day after a holiday. Despite this the entire staff was pleasant and focused. The treatment and explanations provided were excellent. This is a great 'Prompt Care' option to consider.

The whole staff were very nice.... above and beyond the normal, for walk in clinics I've been to in the past! The dr i seen that day was very, very nice, and was very thorough. I felt like I was right in and right out, comparing to past experiences, again from out of town walk in clinic's
