Horrible experience with this clinic. I made an appointment with Dr James Briles as a new patient. I received a call the day before my appointment telling me that Dr Briles is not accepting new patients, and that it was a mistake by their appointment center. They rescheduled me for the next day with Janet Jacobs APRN. Then I received a call literally at the last minute telling me that they need to cancel my appointment due to an “unforeseen conflict”. It’s quite clear that this office is very disorganized. Will absolutely never be making any appointments again with this clinic.

This is by far the best medical practice I have ever experienced. The entire team is exceptionally professional and always willing to help. It's easy to get in touch with them if any issues arise, and it's clear that everyone there possesses a high level of medical expertise. Having faced more medical challenges recently than ever before, I'm incredibly grateful that my family recommended this office. I plan to stay with them as long as possible.

They lied to me about sending my referrals to put doctor three times, then lied on their blood work, talking to somebody is impossible to get on the phone, the office is completely understaffed and customer service is in the pits, I'm done,😡

The team here is phenomenal! Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, and they will make sure you are taken care of the right way. I have been visiting Dr. Kuchmak for the past months and I honestly cannot fully express how happy I am with her care, kindness, and expertise in providing advice. I highly recommend her. My grandmother also sees her regularly and she is in the same boat as me when it comes to satisfaction.

I absolutely love Dr. Chantel Jacobs. Honest and truthful in such a non-judgmental way. My husband and I have seen her for years and will continue to do so. She is always educating us and we absolutely love it. I would most highly recommend her so much that we will be bringing my daughter to her now that she is old enough. Old school type doctor but in a new school way!! Cares for her patients and take time with them without rushing.

Dr. Briles is the best! I have known him for years and he is always professional kind and caring. He is always willing to listen and give sound medical advice. I keep coming back as long as he's around. (Also the staff here seems to be very friendly.)

I was very impressed with Dr Grace and his Staff. The only thing I recommend is do not be late. They really want you to be n time which is fair. I recommend being extremely EARLY just incase! 🙂

Absolutely Dr.Chantel Jacobs. She never rushes you through and explains all results. The atmosphere is very welcoming when you walk in the door. From front staff to all staff in the back friendly and welcoming.
