20 minutes on the phone for an appointment and now I have to wait for the MRI office to call back. Since our doctor joined Millennium, one cannot get help in a timely manner. And last week I went to the imaging center on Del Prado, which has been closed for weeks but there was no sign on the door and I was told on the phone that walk-ins there were accepted . TERRIBLE!

I was placed in the room promptly at 10 which was my appointment and at 1055 I asked to used the bathroom and asked if I should pee in a cup for Urine sample as most doctors offices do, also explained to her I thought I had a uti so I’m sure the dr would need it, she said no. I however still peed in a cup and kept it in my purse just incase. I then proceeded to ask how much longer it would be to which she replied “oh you haven’t been seen, when did you get here?” A nurse came in immediately and told me I was never actually checked in and she wasn’t sure what happen; she was also fooling around with her hair and didn’t have on any gloves but proceeded to take my vitals without even sanitizing her hands… the doctor came in shortly afterwards and said he needed a urine sample to which I pulled the pee out of my purse and he was very surprised the nurse told me not to and also surprised I did it anyways. The doctor was very nice and seemed well informed however they didn’t have imagining here on the weekend so he wasn’t able to actually help me and I have to come back on Monday but this experience overall was terrible. I have never been “forgotten” at a doctors office for an hour and never misdirected by a nurse… I will 100% never be going here again and will be contacting the office manager. The lack of sanitization by the staff was also very alarming especially during covid.. unless it’s an emergency stay clear of this place.

Called because I was sick and my doctor retired that day. Said they would call back that night or 1st thing in the morning. After no call in 24 hours, I called again. This time I was told they REALLY meant 24 to 48 hours. I waited for another 36 hours before writing this review! No thanks. I'll keep looking for a new doctor!

I love this place! My primary is Jennifer and she couldn’t of been nicer. When I went in there I had no clue what was wrong with me and I felt like I was crazy and she couldn’t of been nicer! Even the walk in clinic Dr was nice! I’ll be returning to Jennifer B for any of my medical visits in the future.

The nurse practitioner tried to tell me IT'S THE LAW to wear a mask?! When I called her out on her blatant lie she said "have a nice day - there's the door"!! To tell the public a bold face lie totally discredits the whole group. Not even worthy of 1 star, but have to leave a rating in order to post this feedback.(There should be a -1 one to be accurate).

My appointment was at 3pm and they didn't call me back till 4:15pm! Then I went in a room and waited another 45mins for the doctor to come in ! I saw dr.eaton for 4mins! and waited another 1hr for them to come back and give me my papers to leave! Worst place! The ladies upfront are lazy. They just dont care! When you call them it's impossible to get anyone on the phone and to even call you back! This place needs to be investigated for charging you insurance for your time there!
If you decide to go just make you give yourself 3-4 hours of waiting! So ridiculous!
