Absolutely 0 compassion given. Called ahead to let them know I may be late due to an accident on 75. Was told "we are currently running on time today." I was 2 minutes late. TWO. Was told by the receptionist the physician had already "text" her requesting that I reschedule. Pleaded that I had already taken pto for the day and I was unsure of when I would be able to reschedule. They already knew my rx was out and will not refill until I'm seen by one of their physicians. Cruel.

Dr. Ciaravino is very respectful and her professionalism is unparalleled. She doesn't allow personal feelings to change the way she treats any patient. She has always listened to my husband and my own complaints and treated us well.
I can say personally we have never had any complaints. With every issue we have ever had, she and her staff have been very thorough. She has always helped assist with helping find cheaper treatment options as my husband does not carry insurance.
We hold Ciaravino is very high reguard. We both recommend.

Office staff are unprofessional a week before the appointment this group makes you fill out paperwork for my 9 yr old online then you go in they say fill it out again there is a glitch in the system others in the waiting area say the same. I asked to speak to the “office manager” a very frágil man came out and claimed he was the office manager and blamed it on the software company and he would take no ownership then stated that if I didn’t fill out the tablet I wouldn’t be seen I pointed at the tablet and he said I was making and fist and he was done with me. Went back to the waiting area and other staff asked me to leave and threatened to call the police. Dr is the only bright spot of this office. Sheriff deputy came then the “office manager” states to the deputy that they will allow my 9 year old in but I could not go with her? My 9 year old declined to go without her father so we left.

Dealt with Dr Ciarvino and nothing but positive things to say about the whole office. When they first opened at new location, there may have been some growing pains, but I experienced a very pleasant office to deal with
