My care by Dr. Marc Laufe office was terrible. I found their whole operation very unprofessional. Even Dr. Laufe admited to me it's bad. Appointments not made, and billing issues. I am a Veteran and have provided Millennium Physician Group on numerous occasions the information they needed authorization number and billing address. I've reached out to the Veterans Community Care hotline, and they have attempted to reach them as well on a couple of occasions while I was on the line. No matter what time of the day it is it goes to voice mail. We never receive a call back and I keep receiving invoices threating collections. I will no longer use Millennium Physicians Group as a community care provider for me through the Veterans Administration. On the VA's part they have it all documented as well and will keep attempting to reach out to Millenium Physican Group as I have spent hours over the last few months with no joy.

I went and had a bad experience the doctor was telling me something different then what actually was going on with me I had to go somewhere else to get treated.. they have attitude and weren’t willing to do tests I asked for and on top of that they couldn’t get my blood out she was moving the needle. I should’ve listened to the reviews.

Today’s my arrival time is 1:20 pm on 6/3/2022 and I have sever pain from my foot surgery, I tried to speak with receptionist to get instructions and I can express my pain issues, he is busy talking his personal through clinic phone and he wasn’t totally happy that I was there in that moment, he kept pointing at me to hold on. Finally I had to sign in the sheet that I found myself because he didn’t want to know what did I want , then I had to wait my turns, after long period he saw the signing sheet and called me and just asked me what did bring you here without asking what happened or what is the issue in my food, he charged me for a co-pay. I hope the things happen good when I get in with the doctors.

I have seen Dr. Medina for my urgent care needs off and on for over 6 years and while I find his care to be excellent (what keeps me going back each time), their walk in, check in attendants are the complete contrast to this. My experience this morning (10/13/14, 9-9:45am) was below my expectations of such an establishment. I am a silent person and speak when spoken to. Per instructions posted clearly on the desk, I signed in on the clipboard and sat down. They were obviously busy counting cash at the desk rather than attending to the care of incoming patients. I sat, patiently, quietly, for over 20 minutes and watched not one, two, but 3 incoming patients get the check in desk attention. I finally stood at the desk for 5 minutes while one clerk started complaining about her symptoms at that present time while the other 3 offered suggestions for her to alleviate her symptom. Needless to say, I was quietly offended by all this and the whole process was downright--and for a lack of a better word--disrespectful, unprofessional, and irritating. I have over 20 years of customer service experience, educated, and a young professional. I will NEVER return and will drive the extra miles to get professional and courteous attention that these establishments should uphold to. Thank goodness they are not the only urgent/walk in care in the area.

Walk in. No! Run! Run in the opposite direction!
This place is a total disaster from the admin staff to the medical staff. After having my paperwork misplaced and being forced to wait an hour unnecessarily to see a physician's assistant for routine pre-op clearance, I had to literally direct everyone involved to get my paperwork processed, which had been sitting there all along. Had I not done that I would probably still be sitting there. Nevertheless at that point I let it slide and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then I went in to see a Physician's Assistant named Tammy, who performed a routine EKG test. She performed the test and said it was not good and declined my approval based on my test results that I thought were questionable. Because I am in very good health it did not seem accurate so I asked her to repeat the test. She refused, saying it would come out the same way. I was so disappointed but had no choice but to cancel my surgery. Tammy said I had to see a cardiologist to get clearance before she could clear me and told me how I would have to run around to make that happen. Rather than take her advice, I took matters into my own hands and went to see my wonderful doctor, who made a call and got me in to see an expert cardiologist quickly...just a couple of days later (and another $200 ). I took a repeat EKG test with him that was perfect and he confirmed the prior test was faulty because of the way it was administered. He gave me cardiac clearance and I have been trying to get anyone to respond from this horrible clinic since then to get my basic clearance. I can not get any response from anyone at the medical clinic. I have called six times today as well as faxed them (because of course they don't do email) asking for the nursing supervisor or Tammy, the PA to respond to me. Every one of my calls went into a voice mail circuit and after listening to recorded messages over and over, usually three times around, it disconnected me. Six times without picking up the phone is so infuriating and such a waste of time and is so disrespectful. This is not caring about patients. This is not professional practice. This is not diligent. So if you want an easy experience from a business who values serving their patients, I suggest going somewhere else. You deserve better.

I was left a message that I was approved for a CT scan and it would be $145.35. When I arrived and checked in I was told to get as close as I could when I took cash out, since I dont have change. I gave them $146 and then.my bill was.listed at $146. It's only $.65, it isnt the money it's the principal. How can a conglomerate like millennium not have change. To me that was horrible, the staff for ct was great but not a good way to start.

Unfortunately, I have had to use the clinic more than I cared to in the past few years. The saving grace is the excellent care I have received there and the timely manner in which it was done. The P.A Tammy is knowledgeable and is a very caring woman.
