Not sure why the bad reviews. Everyone I encountered here was honestly terrific. Good attitudes, helpful, smiles, efficient; what more could you ask for? Even the prices are terrific for self-pay. Had to wait about 20 min past my appt time, but getting backed up happens. But overall excellent experience. Very friendly and nice overall from the two ladies at the front desk to the MRI technician and his assistant, to the X-ray technician. All 5 people here that I interacted with were very good and so much better than other places (like ProScan :/), that’s for sure! Everything is also clean and best I could tell the machines are all the latest generation. Don’t forget to ask for ear plugs for the MRI machine — it sounds like a Christmas soundtrack of security alarms going off when you’re inside the machine, haha!

Techs were excellent, the attending physician doing the reading was amazingly kind, I left feeling lighter up until I had to check-out. The front desk personnel can get lost. I was quoted $336 THREE TIMES — by my doctor’s office, again when the receptionist from said office made the appointment for me, she confirmed the self-pay price over the phone & the third time when I called to make sure I took the correct amount of cash with me to the appointment. A young lady at the front desk YELLED at the other staff member helping me check out, “THAT PRICE ISN’T RIGHT” & proceeded to take the bill out of her hand & begin researching what she thought to be the correct amount. Of course, I paid what she asked but I would advise you people rectify that discrepancy because three people think it’s another price — and also: use your inside voices. She couldn’t have been more rude and abrupt and happy to remind me I owed more money.

I had an appt for a bone density scan and mammogram which I was NOT looking forward to, but this office was amazing. The front desk was refreshingly pleasant and the tech was awesome. Definitely returning to this location for my next appt.

I was refused a baseline bone density test. Their recommendation was to go to their other Naples office because that’s where my previous test was performed and they wanted to compare two tests using the same machine.
Understood. However I am 76 years old and I’m recuperating from cataract surgery so I don’t drive now. I live an hour’s drive away. I depend on others to drive me to my appointments. Having a baseline bone density test at the same place as my mammogram was important to me. And next time I WOULD have two bone density tests on the same machine.
Now I have to depend on another driver and make another trip to Naples. And in the future I will have to continue to have to make two trips instead of one.
Disappointed.

This facility is simply incapable of managing the scheduling process, and Millennium is unwilling or unable to address the issues. When running late, they don't keep the patient informed. When they rescheduled me, I came back for the appointment, and the person at the front desk laughed at me and said I was a no-show on a different date, a date I had explicitly declined due to another appointment.

This was the nicest, most efficiently run medical center I have ever visited. The staff is incredibly kind, gentle and caring. No waiting. The imaging areas are clean, well organized and comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience. Again, the staff and clinicians were fantastic.

Absolutely the nicest most efficient group. I needed 2 Stat MRIs, Brian and his staff were wonderful. The facility is clean and updated and staff couldn't be nicer.
So highly recommend.
