Kimberly Bravo was the only reason I stayed as long as I did. She is an angel. I love her.

HOWEVER, the office staff is extremely rude, as are the nurses. They were the straw that broke the camel's back. They act like it's a burden to them anytime a patient comes to check in. The nurses are horrible with children. Disgusting attitudes from all of them (towards my sick three year old son, mind you.) The last time I took him, the nurse snapped at him because he wasn't standing straight enough while measuring him. He. Is. THREE. No need to get nasty with him. UGH. If you're looking for a family doctor, DON'T GO HERE.

Kimberly bravo is so rude and dismissive and has talked down to me each time I've been in. Every single trip down to this office has me absolutely upset with how disrespectful she is, shes made me cry DAY ONE and didn't even apologize for it. Makes me wonder if she treats everyone this way or if she just doesnt like me for some reason. incredibly disheartening when all i want is to be healthy and normal. I dread going in each time, because she makes me so uncomfortable and scared.

Mandy always goes way above and beyond to make sure her patients are taken care of. She listens to what her parents have to say. She takes her time and answers any questions we have. I have had one other physician in my lifetime that listens as patiently as Mandy does. The staff is great too. I would recommend Mandy to my family and friends; infact, I have already done so.

I have been to this dr since I was 10 and I'm 28 now and they now oversee my 4 children's health I wouldn't trust anyone else. Everyone is sweet and caring and goes out of there way to make my children comfortable they same way they did me when I was a kid yes the staff has changed a little bit but the environment has not!!! 18 years and I don't have one complaint! Dr Susie seen me as a kid dr. Kim sees my kids and she's just as amazing so is her team ❤

I have been taking my little one here for almost five years and have been a patient since I was a teenager - I've been seen by both Dr. West and Dr. Bravo and love them both! The nurses are always so good with my little one and we love Ashley the receptionist who always works around my crazy schedule. I couldn't even try to find a better office than this.
