I have been a patient at this establishment for over five years and recently I was seeing Dr. Tracy Brady and one of my medication refills ran out, so the pharmacist told me I needed to call my doctor to get a new prescription. So I said ok, I will call Dr.Tracy Brady's office and speak to one of her employees and let them know what the pharmacist said. I was then called back by the doctor's office and was told I needed to pay my bill before I could get my medication refilled. So I called Millennium which handles billing, to set a payment plan ,and once again phoned Dr. Tracy's Brady's office to inform them that I had paid and set up a payment plan and they STILL REFUSED TO REFILL MY MEDICATION. Even though I did exactly what the receptionist at the doctor's office told me to do, I was not given any refills! Now I don't had my medication that I was taking daily and I feel awful. I had to get another primary doctor and can't see them for another month! How is his ok?!

I needed a PCP because my insurance changed and I left a message. It took a week for them to not call me back after that I called again and she said Monday morning she would confirm the appointment and time and I still have not heard anything. I really don’t want these people to be taking care of my health needs obviously they are unreliable and they really don’t care about their patients that is shown to me but their actions because they can’t even call back to make an appointment. I found another PCP. I would be scared to death to have this doctor in charge of my health. 💀

Their phone system leaves much to be desired. Always recordings that take forever and pressing numbers doesn't mean you will reach anyone. Been going on for over year now. Would hate to have emergency
question! Need office hour info can't reach them & web site shows CLOSED everyday of week.
Also Doctors are great but followup from nurses very slow. Possibly due to phone system.

Totally unreliable. Twice they have given me a date and time for an appointment but each time I got to their office they told me the doctor was not available that week and I needed to make another appointment. Both times they said they had called me but I never got such a call. All the receptionist did was shrug her shoulders, gave me a half hearted “I’m sorry “. and told me to make another appointment. I still haven’t been able to see a physician in that place. Guess it's time to move on

I appreciate this being a one-doctor practice. Appointments are always timely without anyone in the waiting room. The staff is always great. No-stress doctor appointments.
