I made an appointment weeks ago to get established with a Dr in Englewood. None of their Drs are taking new patients so I had to schedule with a nurse practitioner. While scheduling that appointment I also scheduled the first available appointment to see a DR at their other location. That's in May. I have been feeling very rundown since fall so decided I needed some answers. Last week, this office texted me and asked if I could come last week. I returned the text saying YES, but the appt had already been taken. I arrived this morning for my 9am appt (at 830 as they had requested) and was told I didn't have an appt and it had been cancelled because I had made an appt for May with a Dr in THE SAME GROUP, just at another location. They could text me and ask if I could come earlier but not let me know they had cancelled my appt. The receptionist did not even try to fix it. I left and came to the walk in clinic at the other location. Horrible. Will never return to that office.

My second time coming here and getting no treatment,I come to get a MRI or a CT scan because I have a hernia and I believed I have a tumor or assist and the doctor is telling me not to get a scan because I don’t have one,from physical appearance or what I have said, without asking me,.why would I come to the doctors if I didn’t know something is wrong with my own body,first time I came I was accused of not having a hernia by the lady at the front desk.🤦🏾♂️ rather spend my money at the ER. Place is a joke but the lady’s who great you in and to the back are more then nice the meatball sized male doctor is just a duck head straight up…they all know he is they just have to deal with him.

Dr. R. Perdigon:
One of the least compassionate, uncaring doctors I have ever encountered! My 92 yr old mother has seen him for a couple years. She had legitimate concerns the last 2 visits & not one was addressed! His go-to response was "well you are 92" and walked out of the room. Does she not deserve the same care as any other age group. Very disheartening. My sister also sees him but no longer. Dr J Chan, also with Millennium & who I see, is the other end of that spectrum & is awonderful & spends the whole time covering every aspect of your health. Unfortunately he is not taking new patients.

Very kind and compassionate, they work very hard to get you in quickly and get you well again. They actually care for the people they see. I struggled with an upper respiratory infection and they got me feeling better asap. I would recommend them to anyone who likes kind and caring nurses and drs. The front desk people are also very efficient.

Very nice and friendly people, but came in with strep twice in 3 weeks. First time, gave me a shot and everything seemed to be cleared up in about a day. However, the antibiotics they gave me failed to do it’s job as only the pain went away but not the strep. It came back, I went in again and was given different antibiotics to which to strep seems resistant too. When I was told it should clear up in 48 hours but it’s been 4 days and I’m still suffering. At this point, I’m just going to have my tonsils removed.

My Dr didn't even know why I was there, admitted he didn't look at my chart. I was there for a month post stroke check up. Asked to be switch to a new Dr and no return calls and no switch. Office staff extremely unhelpful, uncaring, unsatisfactory. Great new building, but not worth your health care for a nice building and nothing else.

I relied on the information that was online. It states that they are open until 7 pm today and, based on the graph showing activity, I decided to wait till later in the afternoon to go. Morning & early afternoons were showing as very busy. It was probably about 3:20 when I walked in. They refused to see me, stating that they had accepted their last patient for the day. This shocked & baffled me. "We close at 3." I begged them to please see me as I'm in extreme pain and have no choice but to risk driving to Venice at 8:30 tomorrow. They said I could come in at 7 am tomorrow. But then I realized that there'd be NO WAY for me to get a prescription filled before I'd have to leave for Venice. A woman with an obviously sick baby walked in behind me. When I told her that they were checking to see if they'd consider seeing me, she said, "But they are open till 7 pm." On my way out, I suggested to the receptionist that they really NEED to change their hours online, she was totally indifferent. Could care less! What a LOUSY way to do business! SHAME on them! They have NO QUALMS about LYING online about their hours! The fact that this LIE messes people up is of no concern to them whatsoever. DESPICABLE business practice! Given my now unresolved severe neck & back pain, I probably am not safe to drive to Venice tomorrow morning. But I must. I have no choice. By the time I'd realized I might have a problem, (Friday afternoon), it was too late to line up a ride with Fish and/or to cancel reschedule my first thing Monday morning appointment. And, Mary's taxi is now CLOSED for the summer! Unfortunately, I am NOT a snowbird! I support the economy of this town year-round.
