2 days ago, I waited 2 hours to be seen; 2 more hours for a scan and xray. The PA was thorough and explained what I needed. I was thrilled. Now, after 2 days, I had to go back into this flu-ridden waiting room because my prescription is not correctly called in yet. I had tried calling them multiple times but would be left on hold. Yesterday afternoon, I left a voicemail. This morning, I was told they had just listened to my message. I explained that I had already sat in this facility and waited for hours and STILL don't have my rx. The desk lady said she has to help people in her line. I guess it's a good thing that, while she left me on hold, I got dressed, drove to their office and got in her line. When she asked to help me, I held out my phone and said, do you realize you've left me on hold for 25 minutes? This is pathetic service! I ended up speaking with Liz C. who assured me my rx issue will be resolved. We'll see. I'm really not holding out hope.

Everyone at the clinic was very helpful, understanding and compassionate. They called the next day to check up on me as well! They did a great job getting me on my way to recovery in as little time as possible. It's always nice to have medical care like that!

I came back after 3 days of antibiotics because the np had told to come back if I didn't feel better and I was actually worse. The receptionist said it hadn't been that long and it takes a while to get over this. I thought , how does she know what this is? Otherwise my experience was great, Tom Jones did a chest xray to be sure it wasn't pneumonia , a covid test and added a steroid burst and I indeed started feeling better the next day. I'm slowly improving , instead of getting worse

Alice King at the walk-in clinic was terrific. She listened and got right to it even called me on a Saturday night at 7 PM to see how I was. I feel much better today.

I went to Detroit last Monday for granddaughters birthday. I flew back home Wednesday. I worked Thursday. I worked Friday sick as a dog. ...I came got checked out ...Iknew it wasn't a common cold. Covid positive. Excellent care for me thanks

Staff and doctors are always nice, but the clinic isn't very efficient. Sometimes you must wait a long time to be seen and I think it's because whomever designed the layout wasn't all that good.

Dr Tom was great and the assistant was very friendly also, the lady at the front desk was rude.I had a mask on went to the desk when it was my.turn,told her why I was there but took my mask down so I could breat h
and talk,I am on oxygen Isaid I have to pull.it down and she wanted me to pull it up because she didn't want to get sick,even though I said I can't breath.other the that everyone else was great.and I would still send people there.
