Snowbird walk-in. Advised wait time was accurate, The Staff and Dr. were efficient, friendly and professional. The cost was very reasonable for an uninsured appointment. We were a return client having attended once before with the same experience.

Ernesto Acosta was extremely good! He explained things very thoroughly, answered any questions I had, etc. I'd definitely recommend Ernesto. Also, I didn’t have to wait long and that was a a bit of a surprise. Overall, I would recommend.

Horrible customer service at front desk. Receptionist made a mess for my annual visit appointment, scheduled appointment without lab test. OK, understandable, now we schedule lab, then new appointment. Who doesn’t make mistakes. By the same receptionist I was told that I have a lab scheduled for the next morning, time confirmed. Got to the lab today - I have no appointment! Went to the docs front desk, likely they are next door, to clear details..no no one sent request.. was told that doc will do in a few minutes after finishes with patient. I went back to the lab to wait for it, there I was told that they are super busy today and it is not going to happen. I called docs office to get clarifications, there was a very rude person answering phone, she was interrupting me, annd not listening my questions and then just simply hang up on me! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS!!?
For many years I work in customer service in Naples, I would burn alive if I had this type of behavior. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

I had a great experience today having my blood drawn. Normally it usually takes a couple try’s to find my small hard to find veins but today she got it on the first try with no pain. She was very caring and nice as well so great experience.

I’m a RN. With great insurance. I’m from Mich. Early in am 9 am I decided go urgent care. Had upper respiratory issue and sore throat for a week - voice horse last few days recently was exposed to someone covid. I Want to be tested for flu Covid strep etc. Went to this urgent care closest to me good rating? . I Was given lots paper work to complete. Having computer issues. Girl at desk very rude. After 30 minutes later she called me said I need to check with office manager since I cannot process anything maybe u should go elsewhere? I had complete many pages of medical. They knew computers were down made me sit over half hour I question but told now no guarantee need to talk office manager? Really I ask I when would that be seen ? Given list of other urgent car said they had no Xray machine My chest clear cough upper ? No one even seen Mecca I have never been treated this way or had to wait than told to go elsewhere by lady front desk today. Get u act together

I’d save your time and go some place else. The front office is rude/acts like they all hate their jobs and my DOB was entered incorrectly for my prescription. I “waited” too long to ask them to resend and the person, Kaitlyn/Kailyn was rude and unprofessional. A little kindness goes a long way and I called her out on being rude, she said “that’s just the way she talks.” I have bad days too, but I don’t take it out on other people.

Dr Ernesto Acosta was extremely kind and thoughtful! The nurse and desk person were as well, I didn’t have to wait long and that was a big surprise! I will certainly go back there if I need medical attention away from my home in Wisconsin! Thank you Millennium Group on Bonita Beach road!

I’ve come in a couple times for different ailments and been treated with patience and care, and left the office feeling informed. Treatment never feels rushed. Both times I’ve seen Dr. Acosta and it’s been a pleasant experience.
