Front desk is still good.
The new Dr. ADRIANA GONZALES-CANAL, I only saw her once she is a brand new doctor DR, and still has not enough Experience to look at patient charts and see what they suffer from and follow up with it. Had a very bad experience first time, I had an appointment schedule for the day before Thanksgiving in the morning, but just got canceled. Overall this new doctor office has a long way to get better, I am looking for a new doctor.

Do not make this office, you primary. Impossible to get timely appointments, always booked, yet waiting room empty. Doctors leave practice often which means your insurance company doesn't want to pay, you are tied to doctor not office. Service here is poor if you can get an appointment. Dr Storm, or arnp Storm needs to find a new profession as caring medical care and compassion is non existant
Avoid this practice.

Love my nurse practitioner that I see and the receptionists have always been incredible to work with however I can never get a call back. Left 3 voicemails that have never been returned. One of which was because of a newly prescribed medication that I had a bad reaction to.

Edited to add that my last two appointments (that I make months in advance) have been cancelled last minute. One was rescheduled quickly but the most recent cancellation for tomorrow (not even 24 hours in advance) could not be rescheduled due to not having any upcoming appointments anytime soon so I will have leave and find another primary care physician. I understand things come up and doctors or nurses need to cancel appointments but at-least try to find a day for me to reschedule for.

Worst service ever I called yesterday because I’ve been having some really bad pain in my stomach. I have a Gastro bypass and I feel that my guts are swelling as well. They told me to call tomorrow morning at 8:30 when I called this morning they told me all the appointments were booked. We open at eight so I wasted one day off my job then I was waiting for the response and they hung up the phone on me twice I called back again they did the same thing Maria is her name and then I spoke to another lady who called Melissa and she said no we don’t have any appointment for today for you. You have to come tomorrow at 11 meaning that I’m going to waste another day of work because they already told me to do the same thing today And this is not the first time they have done something like this when you call they mistreat you they don’t answer the calls or when they do they just put you in hold for hours. I don’t recommend this office to anybody.

My sister Sandra Taylor, (who is vision impaired), had her first appt at Millennium Physician Group - Arcadia Today; and it was a very pleasant experience. She highly recommends MPG -Arcadia. The entire staff is so kind and friendly; very personable and professional!

i dont usually rate, but in this case i must. although the 2 doctors are nice and take time, the office and process is horrible. cant get a live person to ever answer. making an appointment is horrible. its simply run horribly. you leave a message,never get a return call. billing mistakes are common.i can go on, but you get the idea. i do not recommend .
