My orthopedic surgeon in Panama City, FL had me go to this place for a wrist brace. Millennium had to order it. Once I was informed they had it ready for me the young guy I assume as a physical therapist working there read the instructions on how to wear it just before he walked into the room I was waiting in. The first thing he did was hand me the instructions, and say “here are the instructions in case you need them later. But I’m going to tell you how to use it“. His instructions were not completely correct and after about two weeks when I noticed pain, I read the instructions myself. Yuck. My left hand is turning outward because of his misinstructions. It must be that Gulf Coast Hospital only uses this facility for prosthetics and braces. I hope I can correct what this place wronged.

They called to set appointment. They requested 1pm. I explained that we had an appointment at 1:45. They said that it would not take long, and we would make it to our appointment.
Thankfully, we arrived early. The place is NOT easily handicap accessible.
Made it into a beautiful waiting room that smelled nice.
After 20 minutes, we were asked 'Are you ready?' I replied as long as we are able to leave in 5 minutes.
We waited as long as we could. I finally got my 70 year old father safely into the car.
I returned to the office to request the paperwork I had filled out with his information.
The lady asked 'is there a problem?
I replied 'Huge problem- I also do not want you billing for anything he didn't receive.

Poor experience. Two young ladies sitting behind a desk who never stood up.or offered any kind of help. Said bras over there and swimsuits over there. When I selected two bras and asked about seeing those in my size said you have to make an appointment to come in and be measured if insurance is to pay. When I said I could just pay reply was we don't know your size. I knew the sizes I wanted to try. They are still sitting and offered no help. I left. Must not need any business. I would suggest not waisting your time finding them.

We were on vacation in the area when our daughter's asthma flared up, which had not happened in almost 2 years and so we were unprepared. We needed a child's nebulizer machine asap. We called other businesses in the area without any luck and came upon Millenium DME. Camilla was very responsive and helpful. We had a machine within an hour and we could get on with our week. Thank you.
