PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE COMING HERE!! Worst clinic ever this place should be shut down and Dr Agnes should lose her license. My mother has been going to her for years. The start of 2022 my mom felt a small mass on her breast she brought it up too Dr Agnes and after several times of bringing it up dr Agnes FINALLY send her to get a mammogram. First after SEVERAL months dr Agnes never told her if she got the results nothing my mother had to ask her about them after SEVERAL months she got the mammogram in April of 2022 and she never told my mom anything until my mother asked her in August of 2022 then when she asked dr Agnes told her NOTHING was wrong and it wasn't important. Fast forward to this year 2023 in April another doctor for whatever reason took a look at the SAME results that dr Agnes saw and told her that the mass was abnormal and she needed to get it checked ASAP turns out my mom has cancer. How is it possible that 2 doctors saw the exact same results and her main primary doctor dismissed it! SHE NEEDS TO GET HER LICENSES TAKEN AWAY. The front desk and nurses are also very rude and unprofessional they have no customer service and do not care about their patients!

The reason you only had one review, is that everyone that come to this clinic, is happy with the service they get from the doctor and nurses. First, for a clinic that is walk-in, no appointment, the wait was really short, about 10 or 15 minutes. Doctor better than I could have hoped for. She was friendly, took the time to listen and order did everything in that one setting. I had to return the next day. The girl from the front desk remembered my name. Sure the office is small not what one would expect, but the service more than make up for it.

Worst clinic I've ever seen. No people skills whatsoever. Requested immunization records and claimed that we never had been there. What kind of professionalism is that. We're in 2022 and they claim to have no digital records. What is this 1980. Never going back. Rude as hell!

I don't recomend this place. Patiens with no insurance Dr. Kintanar calls them CASH patiens and when they come in just with a cold or something simple, she'll try to request thing like labs that way patiens have to pay an additional $80 bucks for labs and also she'll make them buy medication from her office and if patiens refuse to get the labs, She wont give the prescription a lot of patiens walk out mad because they ended not paying for labs and they got no prescription but still paid for consultation. Patiens wait a long time in the waiting room even if you have a appt because they keep taking walk in .

The doctor is really nice. The only thing i don't like are the assistants. They are very rude, disrespectful, not polite, and they give you attitude. Also in my opinion is why do you study to be an assistant if you don't have patience with people.

Got there by 5:19, went inside, had to wait for a while with the assistant because she was on the phone with another client. By around 5:23 she finishes and ask me if she can help. And after I tell her my reasons. She says that the doctor is leaving and is seeing his last patient. But for the hours, it says they are open until 6 pm not 5:30.

I used to come here since I was a kid and remember how nice they used to be and now when I went today they have the worst customer service! The medical assistants are so rude why even study to be an ma if they don’t like their job and aren’t gonna try to be polite what so ever

I been going to this place since I was a baby now I'm 22 this doctor knows my whole family nd really knows what she's doing..alot of people don't like the nurses here nd i don't either they just talk to each to much in there instead of doing there job which is why they take a while to call your name but the doctor is a great person..
