I had an appointment with Dr. Zimmer. During the visit she had an attitude, and was constantly raising her voice. Didn't make eye contact with me. She asked me what was the point of seeing me today. When I explained my reason for the visit, she continued to be very rude. Dr. Zimmer was extremely unprofessional. This was my first meeting her and she behaved poorly. Although I remained calm, I expressed that I don't want to see her again. I've had no problems with the rest of the staff. However, I don't appreciate being treated poorly by a medical professional during their first visit. I lose respect for the doctor after being treated poorly.

No issues with the medical personnel. The receptionist needs to learn how to talk to patients checking in. Dr Suzan Zimmer listens to you and explains things to where you understand. Tracy is also great it's nice to have 2 Dr's who care about their patients.

The staff here is completely unprofessional and completely wasted my time. I called for an appointment gave my insurance information and was told if there was an issue I would be called I waited over a month for the appointment and wasn't contacted until the day of the appointment to tell me that they didn't take it. When I looked on my list of providers and found their name listed I called back to discuss it and was hung up on! What kind of people are these people?

This place is a joke. I got there as a new patient for an 8:30 appointment, I got there early, first person in line to check in, with all of my new patient paperwork complete. They let 7 people ahead of me with no communication. When I see an hour has now passed, I ask a staff member and she says there’s another doctor for you. I ask where the doctor is and she says not here yet. ITS BEEN AN HOUR. No one day planned on telling me? The staff is ghetto, the location is dirty, and could care less about your appointment so make sure your day is clear. Disgusting.

WORST PCP AND STAFF EVER!!!!!
super rude staff, they act like they doing you a favor or like if they hate to be there and Suzan Zimmer is not different. chewing a candy making sounds with her mouth is not professional at all. When explaining my issues she was facing the computer all the time and hardly turned around almost ignoring me. Then answer my questions with such an attitude like she don’t want to be there, her attitude was so rude that I was not able to ask another questions because she will respond with sarcasm. Honestly the worst place we have ever been.
Save yourself and find another doctor that really care about your problems. She don’t.!

I was directed to this Doc. by my new insurance carrier, I've tried many times to make an appt. but can never get someone on the line, once I got an answering service, you know how that goes, useless. How do they make money? I'm in fl. 9 yrs, will b getting the he'll out print, Healthcare in FL, blow's!, correction, atleast in PSL it does.

As a primary doctor they are great and I love Suzanne the nurse practitioner that's there. But if you have referrals that need to be sent out or anything like that please stop yourself from going to this office because they have one part-time worker that sends out the referrals that's out half the time she's supposed to be working. I've been waiting 2 weeks now for them to send in the approval to my insurance to see a neurosurgeon with severe back pain and it doesn't seem to matter to them. I am beyond livid and after this situation I will definitely be changing my doctors.
