You receive the 3rd degree at the cashier.

While waiting others had refill issues.

If I could give one star I would. I have had numerous problems with this pharmacy and their incompetence. Their shady delivery company misdelivered critical meds and now I have to go a month without. It's not that difficult to read a GPS people.

They ship prescriptions to me without me knowing, charge my credit card without notice, leave prescriptions at my door without telling me or ringing a door bell

Midland pharmacy was great a few years ago and it’s a mess now. I’m transferring to another pharmacy.

So happy that I changed from the large chain pharmacies to Midland Pharmacy. I love the service that I receive continuously from Midland. The pharmacist often calls me direct when my prescriptions are ready for renewal and always offer me the option to pickup or have it delivered. Very organized and efficient!

This pharmacy has gone way down Hell, this is the third time I've gone in after our doctors appointment. They've called in a prescription and I've waited 2 to 4 days you walk in and get the same response. Oh your prescription is not ready. It'll be ready in a few moments and then you sit there for a good half hour if not more while they fill it. This is unacceptable. for a new pharmacy, I do not suggest anyone uses this pharmacy as they don't know what they're doing

I want to start by saying Midland Medical services are absolutely phenomenal! I love my Doctor and I love my therapist and I love all the amazing people that work there. With that said, the Pharmacy… oof they are so disorganized. Two months ago I had called to get a refill on one of my prescription, getting through to an actual person would be a miracle. I left a message saying I was almost out and needed a refill and to please call me back. I did this 3 days in a row. I finally decided to drive over there and when I get there it still wasn’t ready. At this point I had run out and had to wait.

Fast forward to the present. My Psychiatrist calls in a prescription for my bipolar medication at 11am. Once again, I try calling to let them know it was there and that I also needed a refill on another one. Again, no answer. I leave a message. I show up at 4pm and the very nice receptionist tells me they are not ready and it would be an hour. I opt to come back the next day. Thank her for her time and leave. I show up the next day at 10am and guess what? They still haven't been filled. I have to go to work so wouldn’t be able to pick them up until the next day. I was lucky enough that it was early enough that she could have them delivered the same day but I can only imagine if it were later how long I would have to wait.

I am fully aware that they are busy and things happen. It’s a part of life but the frequency of this is becoming unacceptable. We are talking about peoples lives, serious medications, these aren’t some Flintstone vitamins we are talking about, there are serious consequences that may arise from not being able to take some of these medications. The unfortunate situation I am in is I do not have the option of going to another pharmacy. I get my insurance through Midland and their terms of coverage require me to use their pharmacy.

I love Midland, they are amazing people, I don’t know where I would be without them. I just wish their pharmacy can tighten up their procedures to better serve their customers and the community. This is the end of my ridiculously long rant.

Probably the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with — Customer service is hard to get in touch with and doesn’t do their job correctly. I was told a prescription would be ready by a certain time and changed my work schedule in order to pick it up and it wasn’t ready.. So my work schedule had to be changed yet again. Walgreens does 10x better and is in a more convenient location.
