Dr. Okazaki is a superb physician. His demeanor is upbeat, and he instills confidence. He is an attentive listener and good communicator. His knowledge is wide-ranging, and when he didn’t know the answer to my question right away, he began to put in the effort to consult specialist colleagues. Since he also communicates by messages on the medical practice’s online portal, I have no doubt I’ll hear from him soon. Care for his patients is clearly at the top of his priority list. I know front-of-office staff can be under a lot of different kinds of pressures, but his staff has always handled the pressures well in my interactions with them.

4 stars only because I had quite the wait. They sincerely apologized, and that went a long way.
The office is both beautiful and professional with a friendly staff. The Dr himself was impressive and attentive. I felt heard and we came to some good options with my health care that made more sense than I have had in a long time. I’m excited to move forward with this Dr and his office.

Great first visit! Was able to do all my first time paperwork online making it much faster. The Dr was very good at explaining everything and asking questions and took his time with me. In and out in one hour!

I patiently waited over a month to be seen, and it sucks being disappointed. I understand nobody wants to work the day after Halloween, but seriously treat your PATIENTS better. The lady who took me to the back was a sassy one. She was annoyed that SHE didn’t know if I was there for a physical or a check up. The doctor was nice but judgmental the moment I told him I smoke weed every night. I asked him if he preferred that I lie…then the lady who initially took me to the back told me I should call Monday to make my follow up appointment because they were short staffed. When I waked to the front the girls were laughing and talking. So I asked if I can make an appointment, she said I needed to call. I told her I waited 1 hour last time, her whole mood changed and she asked me to sit and wait. RIDICULOUS
