This doctor’s office is an absolute disgrace to the medical profession. If you value your loved one’s life, stay as far away from this place as possible. My father, who is battling cancer and is wheelchair-bound, was denied care over being THREE MINUTES LATE—despite his severe lung issues, delirium, and incontinence. The staff showed zero compassion for the fact that it takes an incredible amount of effort to even get him to an appointment.

We begged for them to see him, explained that he was in critical need of care, but they coldly refused—even though the waiting room was EMPTY. Instead, they insulted us with the suggestion of a televisit from our car. Because of this heartless decision, my father, who is incontinent, was forced to soil himself in the car instead of being allowed inside where he could have used a restroom.

And what was the outcome of this disgusting negligence? The doctor—who couldn’t be bothered to step in and override his incompetent staff—missed a massive lung issue. Instead of actually evaluating him in person, he dismissed his condition with a casual recommendation for guaifenesin. The office also failed to order a necessary banana bag over months, despite repeated requests.

Then, the worst happened. My father stopped breathing and DIED. I, a medical professional myself, had to perform CPR to bring him back to life before paramedics arrived. And now? He’s in the ICU, fighting for his life—a fight that might not end in his favor. This doctor’s negligence and this office’s lack of basic human decency put my father in this position.

Had they simply seen him that day, had they done their job, he would not be in this life-or-death situation. They robbed my father of proper care and nearly robbed me of my father entirely. Shame on every single person in that office. If you care about your loved ones, do not trust this office with their lives.
