Patients appreciate the love and care shown by the office staff, particularly Kelly and Roxy, who pay attention to details and take care of patients so considerately. Dr. Cromer and his team actively listen, make it easy to be honest, and demonstrate second-to-none knowledge, understanding, and kindness.

From start to finish this office is ran with love. I have been seeing them for 10 years +. I can’t see myself seeing any other Dr.— In the office Kelly and Roxy pay attention to details and take care of patients so considerately. Then you see Dr Cromer, Kelly and Carol… ( I do miss Capps ) they actively listen, they make it easy to honest. Their knowledge, understanding and kindness is second to none.

This office doesn't care about their patients, only the amount of people they can squeeze in for the day. My husband called to make his annual appointment and was told they no longer accepted his insurance. It would have been nice if they had sent him a letter. Now he can't get established with a new primary for a month. When he called this office back to see if they would extend his med 1 month, they said no. I would never ever recommend this office.

I was a patient of Dr. Cromer for over 10 years
He and his staff had always helped me and we're quick to respond to calls/messages. Since they no longer take commercial insurance, I've been unable to find another primary care able to continue the same medications. Still making phone calls in search of one.

This provider dropped my insurance before the policy term. I’ve been unable to schedule a new patient appointment until January. Very disappointing

I have been coming to this office for many years to find out they are not in my network any longer. I have never had any issues with this office everyone was so pleasant. I only saw Dr. Cromer once but was seen by Dr. Beavers she was very nice. Now to find another doctor's office. 🙁

I’ve been a patient of the practice for 21 years. I arrived at 10:30 today for an appointment and was informed I was a no show as my appointment was at 10:00. I never received a reminder to confirm appointment and it’s likely I made a mistake. But the waiting was empty and when I pleaded to still be seen I was told to reschedule. Mind you I’d just been to the office two days before for a suspected UTI. I was to learn the results of urinalysis today with Dr David but since she couldn’t see me I asked the front desk and was told the specimen was lost and to redo when I came back for rescheduled appointment. There was a reason for my visit on Wednesday and to have lost my specimen and possibly delay any needed treatment is unacceptable. After 21 years I expect more. I’ve received more compassion and understanding from a rock. Time for a new doctor for me.

I don’t ever share negative reviews but would honestly recommend staying away from this physicians office. I was a patient for over 8 years. They incorrectly prescribed me the wrong dosage of medication and I was forced to come off on my own. I since have attempted to schedule an appointment and was advised I would be considered a new patient and they are not taking new patients. Regardless of the fact I have been a patient here for my entire adult life. Never once saw the actual doctor, only questionable assistants. The front desk staff is horrible to deal with. Ever since this office changed ownership it’s significantly deteriorated. Per the reviews it seems I’m not the only one who’s noticed.

Since you were my doctor for the past 20 years or more almost any time I have needed you can't think of many times you helped or cared so glad you are getting out of the personal medical doctor I will not miss you.
