This company is horrible. They are using junk equipment, In my experience, I rejected the first one because the exhaust gas was liking in the cabin, due to urgency I accepted the second one but it was a horrible experience, I will find who regulate this service and who is the owner of this company because something is wrong on this.

TREVOR, KEVIN, AND ALEXIS FROM BROWARD COUNTY THEY WERE THE BOMB EXCELLENT DRIVER'S, EXCELLENT PERSONALITIES, MADE SURE I WAS SAFE. ALSO MADE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE THEY PUT MY BIG ASS ON A BED WITHOUT A PROBLEM. ALSO THE SECURITY DOWN AT THE HOSPITAL BOTHERED THEM AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR REACTION TO THE SECURITY IF THE HOSPITAL ENTRANCE AMBULATORY PARKING WHILE TRYING TO GET ME THE PATIENT OUT. Just reading all the reviews lets you know what they are all about. I work close to this Publix and these guys always park in the handicap spot. It’s illegal for them to do this unless the ambulance is transporting a disabled person, it can park in a handicap spot for up to 15 minutes. If it is on an emergency call, it can park in a handicap spot for a limited time. And they were not on any call as they walk into the publix and shop around I’m guessing for lunch. On top of the fact they had parking they could use just a couple spots back. I guess let’s make the old person on a walker have to walk further because the employees are lazy.

If i could rate it zero starts i would , these people transported my grandma and THERE WERE ROACHES IN THE TRUCK , and without even getting into the state of the trucks. On top of the fact the workers look extremely unprofessional

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Nick and Julie #223 for their superb service on May 30th in making sure that I was comfortable, secure and very well informed during my transportation and appointment for my first radiation treatment. They eased my nerves by just being themselves - kind, sweet, compassionate and more. Both just wanted to make sure I was good and indeed I was!

Please share this with their management team. They should be very proud to have awesome individuals like Nick and Julie. Their professionalism was exceptional in every aspect. I will always remember my experience that day to be pleasant thanks to both of them. God bless them!

I was transfer from Memorial Regional on Johnston street to Memorial south on July 3rd.
The young man named Terence & Winston where so kind & very professional, it was a short ride but they made me feel so comfortable. These young man can show that there parents taught them correctly, what pleasant young men!
You should acknowledge that you have a great team! Outstanding, well spoken, respectable etc

Wonderful experience. The dispatcher was very professional and provided a reasonable time estimate to arrival. The team arrived earlier than expected. They were extremely friendly, patient, and considerate though out the process. Transport to the requested facility was smooth and efficient. They assisted in making what could have been a very stressful ordeal a rather pleasant experience. Thank you!
