Solid primary care team. They are thoughtful and thorough. Prior to becoming a patient here, most of the experiences I have had are of doctors that barely have the time to look at you, let alone listen to you. I have seen all 3 doctors here and they are wonderful, and so is their lovely staff. I never wait but a few minutes to be seen. They also facilitate connections with other providers, so my needs are met when I most need it. This is the best investment I have done for myself.

It is always easy to reach your doctor, day or night, and they even handle coordinating outside appointments for tests or specialists when needed. As a healthcare professional, I can attest that navigating the health system, especially in this city, can be a big headache. This practice is exactly what I was looking for. I have had experiences with all three physicians in the practice and have only wonderful things to say about their care. I wish I had found them sooner. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was so impressed after the physicians and staff at the Miami Comprehensive Medicine Group went out of their way to periodically check up on me after I had to have an unexpected surgery. I get the feeling that they really care, which is incredibly hard to find these days.

I was excited to find a Brazilian doctor. I called Miami Comprehensive to make an appointment with the Hilton doctor, and the receptionist was extremely unprofessional, telling me that they charge a $4,000 annual fee on top of your insurance bill to provide care. That is fine, they have the right to charge however they want, but the service provided by the receptionist was terrible, she informed me this in a superior tone, assuring me that I would not choose to make an appointment with them. I was simply confirming the information she had given me and she ended the call by saying that if I did not want to pay the annual fee, I could choose to call another location and make an appointment with them, and hung up the phone without even waiting for me to answer, and at no point during the call did I say that I did not agree or did not want to. Absolutely unprofessional, and overcharging at an absurd rate, at least they could provide good care.

I could not wish for a better primary care. The doctors are knowlegable and caring. They are attentive and I got many new insights on my health because of my doctor. I came out of my first visit feeling much better. It was worth the wait!
