STAY FAR AWAY! LEAST professional medical facility i have EVER dealt with! i was calling and texting for TWO weeks several times a day trying to pay my renewal with NO ASSISTANCE and not a single reply back in over 2 weeks! that is unprofessional! i was a patient here for the past 2 years and idk if they changed hands or what but their service has become absolute trash they do NOT care about their patients! OH! and not only is their service TERRIBLE they are overpriced! went to THCMD yesterday and saved $80!!!!!!! if you want help and caring medical professionals DO NOT COMED HERE USE THCMD!

Do your research before you give this office any money, their prices are outrageous and they don't attend to you, I paid $40 to renew with another office whereas Miami Aid Wellness wanted to charge $175, thieves, I would give NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could

I brought my mother with advanced cancer, and we have received the best service I've seen in Miami in many years. Mike was compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He saved us time and money. My mother was in a lot of pain, so he brought her to lay in a sofa in a quiet room instead of the waiting the room. Dr. Mendez saw her right away because of her pain. We had tried 3 other Medical Marijuana doctor offices in the past week with horrible results, even being turned away because a doctor didn't make it to the appointment. I am sincerely impressed with this office, Mike and Dr. Mendez. My mother can barely speak, and she was even talking about how great Mike was. They even had someone walking around with a tray of pastries and coffee in the waiting room.

Michael was the best. He was very, very patient with us. We, my husband and I, are in our 50s and I only know how to turn a computer on an off, but he guide us individual on how to renew our cards and renew our applications. Michael, thank you so much for being so kind with us!❤️

This place is awesome. The staff is nice and friendly. I’ve heard horror story’s of other doctors and people having problems getting their recommendations or updates. I have never ever had a problem. If I am getting close to a date help quickly. I will never go anywhere else!
