My experience with this Mom Doc location was mixed. I was attended here throughout my whole pregnancy and there were no major issues. I often ended up waiting a while to be seen, even having an appointment. However, I appreciated that Spanish-speaking providers were available and everything went well with my pregnancy and C-section. However, at my 2-week post op appointment, we were 10 minutes late. The provider refused to see us and the only option we were given was to make an appointment for another day. I was so disappointed with the lack of empathy and consideration. The provider didn't even come out to speak to us and the assistant was unfriendly and non-apologetic. This experience made me realize that I was not truly seen by the providers at this location. I was essentially just another "body," another source of income for the company and the employees. When it was inconvenient, they could turn their backs on us in an unfeeling manner. There were many times when I waited a while to be seen, which interfered with my work schedule. However, they were unwilling to work with us for being 10 minutes late. We ended up calling the MomDoc location in Gilbert and they were able to get me in within a couple of hours. The provider was so friendly, personable, and was truly interested in meeting my baby (even though the appointment was for me). I returned to the Gilbert location for my 6-week post op appointment and will continue going there for subsequent pregnancies. The provider and the assistants made me feel heard and cared for. I truly appreciate them and have found a new place for my family.

Every time I come in for an appointment it goes super quick. However, when I have to give blood I end up having to wait over an hour every single time. I text my husband at 11:56 AM letting him know I’m waiting for the phlebotomist and at 1 PM, I’m still in the same room waiting for the phlebotomist. I walked out into the hallway to see what was going on and I was ignored by several staff members. Turns out she was on a lunch break!!!!!!

Booked an apt with a OBGYN they moved my apt to a RN who can’t discuss or help me with my needs. So then I booked a follow up weeks later with an OBGYN who then cancelled a day prior to push back another 3 weeks. They cancel and move apts around without consulting you. Told them I needed an OBGYN so I can discuss surgery and they move my apt to a RN who can’t. The whole process made me cancel to find a different doctor. The worst experience

Today was my first day with this clinic and I'm not happy at all. The ladies with the tablets are not friendly. You ask them a question about a note for work and they just don't care. They are rude. For what I'm dealing with I can't go to a different clinic. Good luck everyone.

I have many things to say about this place and not a single thing they did there even deserves one star. For starters it took 45 minutes to even get someone on the phone in any department. Also during my appointment I was unaware that there were testing being performed that I did not consent too, I only found this out after I received a bill from LabCorp. I came in for uncontrollable bleeding which I was told they could treat from the start of my appointment I told the provider Luciana G. Anthony WHNP that I thought I was having a miscarriage she shrugged it off and stated your urine sample was negative. She then looks at my husband and I and stated “if you’re trying to get pregnant you really need to start prenatals” she never asked if that was the goal we were trying to accomplish. She then says that there is not much she can do for me other than “take a look”. After the appointment was finished I felt so confused on what to do I went to the hospital and was told I was having a miscarriage. I was later sent a bill in the mail for $550 from their office and a letter from labcorp stating I owe them close to $100 for testing done. I was very confused at this point because the only lab test I consented to was a pregnancy test. It turns out she decided to run a full STD panel and chlymidia panel with out my consent however they were not the ones who told me this lab corp was. I then called mom doc to see if this was true I started with the billing department to see why the bill was so high. It turns out they never submitted to my insurance and they never forwarded my insurance to LabCorp. When asked why the billing lady Diana then stated “it looks like we forgot” I then asked to speak to a supervisor in which she stated the only way I could speak to a supervisor is if she sends an email and I would have to wait for a call back. I then waited for 4 hours and with no sense of urgency I get a call from the “manager” Jolene stating that there is nothing she can do and she was sorry they didn’t get consent but since labcorp is a third party they couldn’t do anything about it. I then started to record the call and asked for the NPI or Tax ID number and she stated she could not give that out to me. I also work in healthcare and know that under HIPPA section 102-104 they are required to give me this to verify a billing provider however she refused to give it to me. By the way her NPI number is 1699728147 in case anyone else can’t get that information. At the end of this call nothing was resolved she stated she couldn’t tell me when she could give me a call back so hopefully this review can push things along. Oh also the kicker they won’t release my medical records to me seems pretty suspicious if you ask me I wonder what kind of illegal stuff is going on behind closed doors. And also my name is Morgan Humphrey if you guys have difficulty looking me up in your system again!

The worst place to go for maternity care/etc.
They do not know what their doing and the Staff just sitting in the front look like their falling asleep, bored and don’t even care. I should just done the drive to go with my OB from my past 4 pregnancy’s instead of this one. When I was pregnant from my 4th baby they didn’t even know about it and kept giving me medicine 💊 so I could get my period🤦🏼‍♀️ I was already pregnant. And than when I had my miscarriage January 2024 they didn’t even bother to do blood work,etc so I left them and went to my OB but than I got pregnant with my rainbow baby on march 2024 and I went back with here since it’s closer to my house and wanted to give you guys another chance but they didn’t even care about the miscarriage and when I would bring up my concerns with this pregnancy they say it’s all normal,etc! I got induced with my last 2 baby’s at 38 weeks, because I have fast delivery’s/ sometimes no pain. My water never breaks until they break it and I don’t get no bloody shows but my concerns are irrelevant according to all the OBs in the office. I have never experienced so much weight gain, swelling in my body,legs,feet,etc and with this pregnancy I have all the above and even numbness more on one of my legs/feet.

I been going to them for a good while now an I never have no problems at all they are always kind sweet and very respectful at less with me anyways an I must love it there cuz I come all the way from Glendale to Mesa just to see my doctors good work to all you hard works there 🥰
