right now its taking over 3 weeks and i left my third and final call before i just drive up there and start demanding answers. i submitted blood work in September and only received one call that i if i was to call back it had to be within 16 min to do so. i left 3 messages on voicemail.

on top of that i have asked for a certain treatment and they said a non PCP could help me with it. well when i got to video visit i was told by that doc couldn't help me with it. not only was that a waste of time but also money. idk what to think of this place. it really upsets me that i gotta keep worrying about blood test and if I'm gonna be over charged for nothing. ONLY SEE UR PCP or u will waste money.

I had a rashes that was spreading and I wasn't sleeping because of the itching all over. I went to quick care and after the visit I got medicine and that night I got sleep. Thank you so much for the friendly people that work at quick care Marana Az

I really needed help with my Lymphedema. The care I received was awesome. Rebecca Hoover FNP, was very concerned and patience with me. She wrapped my legs properly. She also showed me the proper way to use ace bandages for compression.

This is my go to place when I need to see a doctor. I'm not sure why there are so many negative comments. I've been coming here for years and have never had an issue. The front desk staff are nice and I'm always seen within a reasonable amount of time. The doctors have always been able to help me.

I went in for a Mammogram last week and the front receptionist was rude. But the woman who did my mammogram, she was awesome! .

Waiting at the Main Quick Care, almost 2 hours, Still waiting in lobby to be called back an alarm is going off & its a loud high beep noise. One of the receptionist said I know there is nothing we can do! Absolutely Horrible service today! Highly disappointed ?

They are back to NOT answering phones in a timely matter, for both physical and mental health. I literally wait for 15-20 minutes before my call is answered and it's really starting to make me upset because I need to make appointments.

My 80 year old mother just moved to AZ to live with me. Here insurance stuck me with Veronica. It was imperative to get her evaluated and entered as a new patient. As a new patient she they would not see her until Mid-February. I explained medications are making her more sick due to Doctors just piling meds and the side effects making her sick. Apparently, if she was an existing patient they might be able to fit her in right away, but again as a new patient with immediate need, they refused to see her sooner. I said I will take whatever openings they had including cancellations. Still they said no! There is a process she said, and would not work with me to get my mother seen sooner. I was told of another Dr (one who actually cares) and they were able to provide a next day slot. We could not make that timeframe and were immediately provided an alternate time for next week. WOW! Real community service! This Dr. has a higher rating than Veronica. I say Veronica cause a REAL Doctor would care more about the community and especially seniors in need of care and evaluation of medications and such. I would not want to go to anyone I can't see for over 2 months. Find another Doctor. No matter how good she might be, won't matter if you can't get in to see her.
