I recently went there to talk and get a pelvis exam from Linda Ahm gynecologist. And she did not do the exam and when she asked why I was there I told her my concerns and she was talking to me like if I was just some dumb girl that was just complaing about my pain that didnt understand menstrual cycles! I thought maybe coming to her, she would have more sympathy and actually care about my concerns. I couldn't even get a word in because she was just telling me everything was normal with me. It seemed like her and her nurse did not care and did not want to be there. Worst experience ever. I will not ever be going back. Do better your supposed to be there for your patients and let them talk to you not treat them like if they are dumb and stupid let them ask you questions without you making them feel like they are stupid whole time she was making me feel stupid.

I went in today to renew my Access and get food stamps because I’m currently homeless living in my car. the staff that worked there this morning we’re exactly kind and caring they immediately got me in to see the lady who helped me out with access and then helped me apply for food stamps and before I left she directed me to one of the social worker there in the building she was kind and helped me out with seeking counseling for my behavioral health needs and additionally gave me two gift cars valued at $50 to help with some groceries and toiletries. I had a great experience there this morning thank and god bless to all the amazing staff that work there

Whoever is answering the phones right now is the rudest person I've ever met. Trying to set up an appointment because I'm out of my pills and she was very short, She tried to say I couldn't even make the appointment because I didn't have my insurance information. Threw a bunch of medical terms at me and when I asked for clarification she said, "I didn't say that" with a snarky attitude and I couldn't deal with the constant rudeness so I hung up. It was so unnecessarily nasty and rude I'm switching providers so I never have to deal with her again. You're dealing with people with problems and concerns. Act like a human being and have common decency.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Parmar and I I was checking in I was told the appt had to be rescheduled and that they called me and left a message. I never got the call or vm about rescheduling so hopefully when I go back to the new appt I will like my new doctor and will want to continue being his patient. I haven't had much luck with primary doctors or nps in the past.

For a simple blood draw, I waited one hour and twenty minutes. Apparently the nurse takes up to a half an hour per person. It was simply ridiculous. Do not go here unless

I have been going to this place for about 10 years. From this 10 years I got to see a MD about four times. The rest of the times I was bounced back and forth from NP.don't get me wrong some of this Np do know what they are doing for example Douglas Cook is a good Np.most of them are Google the diagnosis. my last draw was when I was sent from the office with my child to ER because I was told my child had gangrene and ER told me it was mersa. I really do hope this place gets better I liked it because it was close to my home
