I have been a patient with metro health for 2 years.most of my time has been good.with the staff change it has changed.just recently I tried to make an appointment for my copd problem,couldn't get in done with 2 phone calls,the first one ended in being on hold for 5 minutes and being droppped,the second call ended in being directed to the nurse assistants voice mail.thats when I thought I would go into the office.i was seen but by a doctor I have never seen.she treated me like I had the plague by masking up and a covid and strep throat test.treated me like a new patient. Didnt get anything for my copd but gave me a b12 shot.i will have a new doctor next month.have a nice life

Every time you come into this office they have new employees who have no clue who you are or what they are even doing. The doctor I liked left the office. The NP I liked left too. What is going on over there?! Doesn't make me feel comfortable and for that reason I am no longer a patient here.

Best doctor and staff i ever had
Always seen on time never failed to return call thanksI Dr Savage Sandy and Jennifer outstanding job from a patient view. Now when we go always new staff I’m not sure why so many changes I miss Dr Savage and Sam is who we see and was hoping Jennifer would be working with him during the change. It seems the turnover is a lot. When u call I’m not sure they know who to put you through. definitely change not for the better.
I’m in hopes owner looks into this.
