I have been so blessed by the encouragement of Ruthie and Trish. Never thought I would drop the extra 20+ lbs. But I surely did. Their menus are easy to follow, eating your own food and supplementing with delicious protein drinks, meal replacements, soups and yummy chocolate pudding!! (The best!). Recipes galore i
their cookbook too. This is a life changing format for me and I've lost cravings for things I don't need. Thank you for all that you do for your people!!

I have a petite frame and was pushing 140 lbs. I've tried every which way under the sun to lose even 5 lbs. over the past 3 years--to no avail. After my first week on the MRC program, I dropped 4 lbs., and the weight has continued to fall off. I'm currently maintaining a weight of about 119/120 (after just 2 months in the program), and couldn't be happier. I feel better than I have in years. It's the easiest weight I've ever lost! I’ve been going on and off to the Ormond location for years! This is truly the only thing that works for me! Ruthie is amazing! Kind, considerate and caring! She gets just as excited about my weight loss as I do! Honestly if you follow the plan you will lose weight fast! It’s easy and tells you exactly what to eat when. Again if you follow the plan and don’t cheat you WILL lose weight fast, I Highly recommend MRC! Don’t listen to any bad reviews I can guarantee the people didn’t do the work. I’ve lost 30lbs it’s truly amazing !

Ruthie is so professional and sweet. Getting started was so easy and she was so kind and accommodating to my crazy schedule. I am able to check in via phone and even in person when I can. The plans are unique to YOU. When you have any questions Ruthie and her staff are amazing!!

I LOVE MRC!! My first month was January 2022. At 60 years old, I didn’t think I could lose the 50 pounds I wanted to lose. This program is a way to change your stinkin thinkin and start eating healthy again. Veggies, lean protein and fruits. It works!! Ruthie & Trish are both so amazing and helpful….they encourage you, they share ideas and make suggestions. They are both so positive. I enjoy weighing in. The 50 pounds is right around the corner. MRC Ormond Beach is a wonderful blessing to me! I was heading down a dark, unhealthy road & it was showing in my weight & health status! I walked into MRC-OB May 13, 2021 & Ruthie became family to me! Such an honest supportive person, so is Trish & the NP too! I am 15 lbs from my goal weight & I am so grateful! Down 36.5 lbs & feeling fabulous! Down over 2 sizes as well!
