I have been so very pleased with my results after joining the MRC group. I have struggled with fibromyalgia and severe back pain for many years and the weight just kept creeping up. My sister in law got me connected after seeing the weight she had lost and just how good she looked and felt! The entire staff is so friendly and easy to work with.
I met with Ari Turnbull on my first visit and was completely sold! Ari is such an encourager and is an excellent cheerleader who has always made me feel that my success at weight loss was attainable. I think one of the biggest take aways that I have is that I felt “seen and heard”. I was completely frustrated with my weight and overall confidence was a near zero and Ari and all of the folks at MRC changed that for me. I started the program in October and have lost 45 pounds. So many people have noticed the difference and I have gotten so many compliments and words of encouragement. I can move around so much better. It has actually been fun to try on clothes again! I am very pleased with MRC AND the results I have had had so far! A huge thank you to MRC!

Ari and MRC changed my life. I came in depressed and overweight after being a stressed out nurse and losing my mom and cat to Cancer. On the first day I came in, she made sure I felt taken care of and going forward she was like a good friend and coach holding my hand through this journey. I have since finished treatment and I was sad to hear she was leaving full time but we still keep in contact and so grateful for her beautiful soul and energy! Nothing but great things to say about her and MRC—thank you!!!
