I went to the er Thursday night, I got there at 9:50 pm and sit there at the desk waiting to be signed in, there is a guy sitting on the other side a little down from the window, I kept looking around like is there anyone gonna sign me in, 5 minutes later I said sir is this where I sing in, he don't say anything, 5 minutes go by and he looks up and says oh sorry I didn't see you, well no not with that phone in your face. I have to sit there and fill out so much paperwork, I finally get in the back at 10:15, I sit in that room by my self like 30 minutes before anyone comes in, nurse finally comes in and asked what is going on, I said I think I have a spider bites he asked to see it, she gave me a sheet to cover with when I take my pants off, remind you im so embarrassed cause it's in a personal spot, she looks at it and says oh I see, walks out and 45 minutes go by, im the only one in the er, I open the door and see all the nurses sitting down there just laughing n talking, I watch them for 5 minutes, I close my door then open it again and a nurse gets up and sees me, I said is my nurse down there cause she came in and looked at my problem and walks back out and doesn't come back and she said well we have thing's were doing and were busy, I said yeah talking I heard yall, she reaches out and trys to slam my door , I start crying cause this is a sensitive matter for me, I was already embarrassed for my problem, I sit for few more minutes than I get dressed and walk out and no one says anything and I leave, its almost midnight at this point. That is the first time I have had a problem like this I usually get seen and leave within 20 minutes. I didn't get any names, the guy in the front was African American, younger. I felt like I did all his paper work. The only other person I saw which was the nurse in the back was rude, I felt like they didn't want to deal with my embarrassing situation.

Great hospital. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and gets you in and out of your test quickly. I had a liver ultrasound and was n an out within 30 minutes. And had my results in a couple hours.

Let me just say I would not recommend this hospital to anyone my sister was in a wreak and we set for over 2 hours before seeing anyone and she was in sever pain it was almost 4 hours before the did a CT scan.
So I would not recommend this hospital to anyone would rather travel a hour to get seen.

I am still in the hospital. This is my first time in 30 years. I was scared. The nurses and Doctors have been the best ever and made me feel great. My concerns have been answered and if I needed something they was right there. Thank you all for making my stay so much better.. yall are the best team ever hands down You don't know how it has helped me get through this and when I am having an emotional day you bring me out of it. Thank you is just not enough..

Come on mercy, please. You need to do better.I came into er with adrenal failure, and found out i had covid . They would normally let me go home, but i have addisons disease, and that was causing me to be pretty out of it, so they still kept me. The nurses here have treated me very well. They are always willing to get me anything i need. I cant say enough about how they are just golden. My problem is , i suffer from cronic back pain , from addisons , i believe, all the time . And with that , coupled with these uncomfortable beds , the pain it puts me in. Outdoes all that good the do, unfortunately. Normally they understand , here and their fort smith location, and will always give me something, for my back pain . But this time they wont , and they seem determined. To keep me here, much longer than neccessary, in all this pain. I have had covid 5 times. To me covid is nothing. But still, i would be more excepting , if they would understand my pain, and give me something, for the pain. For this , i end up resenting . I just want to go home. I dont abuse drugs, i dont get high off them. I just cant stand this pain. Again , if this review was just about the nurses , id rate them 20.

The girls who check you in are always nice and friendly.
In my opinion the majority of the nurses, are rude as they can be, and do not listen.
The female doctors that my family, and I have seen, are friendly, and helpful, they also seem like they truly care, and listen to what you have to say.
I would not have left a good review in the past, but this hospital seems like it has stepped up it's game.

Great facility, and the view of the river is unbelievable but all in all the hidden gem of Ozark is definitely the staff at this facility they are well trained companionate and a pleasure to work with.
