I agree with a couple of the reviews posted previously by others. The doctors are awesome, I love the doctors there. I have nothing bad to say about them. It’s the front office staff that needs improvement. Especially Judith! She’s only nice to certain people but she’s rude to non-whites. Every time we come here she says we have an unpaid copay when we have already sent in our payment months before our next appointment. Don’t ever pay them cash at the front desk. They will never send the money to the finance office to be credited to your account, the cash will just stay in their desk drawer. They should be replaced by AI or allow patients to check in by phone or through a kiosk.

if i could give zero stars i really would. nurses in the ER are not it. they’re so slow. the city needs to invest in more staff and more space.

Doctors are excellent. Office staff are not. They are slow to return calls and slow to follow up. Really makes the experience conflicted as to what to rate the experience of this Medical Group.

Exceptional experience with these guys. I went there for a union physical and they blew my mind. The service, cleanliness, time waited, friendliness, everything regarding my experience with them was great, I mean it. For the past 4 years, I used other facilities around the Bay named Concent..., and it wasn't unusual for me to have to spend at least 4 hours to complete my physical. At Mercy Doctors, I was out of there in 1h20m. Hands down the best service I have ever had for a physical in the Bay Area.

Staff unresponsive, even rude. Two weeks and still can't get staff to submit a referral for orthopedic, simple stuff they can't seem to be bothered with while my health hangs in the balance. Disappointing and tragic state of this office's work ethic.
