Very knowledgeable and efficient. My appointment was not only on time, it was early! Did not feel rushed and all questions were answered.

This place has kicked me out in November. Penni Cartilage was the worst prn or whatever she was. She did do any test on me for the whole 5 yrs I was there . Nothing. No help with my depression.. she has not controled my blood pressure. Now I was n the hospital for 3:days in April.. I have no blood pressure meds. Because she went to another place.. now mercy clinic says they dropped me. I have been calling for an appointment for 2 months and they didn't tell me until today. I've been out of meds since May of this year. So I'm going to have to sue these people or tell my true story of how the treat black people. I had no test done on me for 5 yrs. None!! The hospital ain't no better.. This place do not care for black women.

This place is a total mess. No one seems to communicate or work as a team together. They struggle to do simple things for this reason. Then they get attitude about frustrated patients. It's not our fault your staff can't collaborate--don't take it out on us. It just seemed like no one ever knew what was going on or how to contact one another. Poor management; ultimately an uncollected mess who function more like an Urgent Care than a Primary Care...but Urgent Care would probably be more efficient.

Had to wait about an hour in a room to be told the appointment needed to be rescheduled 2 months later so we paid $120 for a 5 min reschedule conversation, then 2 months later they call and say theres no rooms available, even though this was a scheduled appointment. They should let people know ahead of time instead of trying to keep rescheduling everyone. The place is just very unprofessional.

Horrible office. They fired or had our doctors quit twice. So we had to become a new patient with another doctor. Unable to get refills. No notice that our doctor was leaving.
