I have seen many medical facilities in my day. New to the area. I trust them completely. Kind and caring not to mention professional and intelligent. I see miss Sarah Edward's one of the best.

So my experience with them isn't great as you can tell by the one star. Though honestly they should be glad they got that. The only good thing that has come out of my mom going here was after 3 other doctors checked and said she didn't have a blood clot though it was completely obvious she had one. Fontane finally found it and sent her to the hospital kinda hard to miss when it goes from the groin to the ankle. Since then it all went down hill. Fontane has straight up called my mom obese and an elephant!! WHO DOES THAT!! then she gave her ozempic to lose weight NOT FOR SUGAR. And it almost killed her she literally almost died. When she messaged them and told them what happened. Oh so do you want to try it again or no Well I'm pretty sure you trying to kill me once was good enough for me! 3 weeks and my mother still isn't the same. She goes in for a "check up" since she "isn't feeling good". Walk in clinic so she sees another Dr I think she was Edward's. And they do blood work 3 Big viles. FROM SOMEONE WHO IS SO DEHYDRATED THEY CANT EVEN PEE!!! No fluids nothing ok we will let you know what comes back. Her clotting numbers are high and her infection telling numbers are all through the roof. Good thing we get to see our own numbers. Dr calls "Okay everything looks good!"
My family especially my mother completely REFUSES to come back! The lack of bed side manner. The lack of education and care! Even for someone that almost died. No thank you!

Dr. Bird has been my PCP for many years now. She has always been very thorough and extremely helpful with anything that my medical situations have presented. I've gotten very comfortable with her, I trust what she tells me to be sound advice, and I have tried to do what she has instructed of me. Though I've fallen short at times but she's never given up on me.

In the 2-1/2 years I’ve gone here I’ve had one nurse practitioner who left, then a doctor who left (without ANYONE to replace her) and a finally new doctor who is not board certified.
One nurse practitioner who saw me during a spike in COVID cases asked me if I’d been vaccinated. When I said yes, she shrugged and told me she wasn’t and didn’t plan to because she didn’t trust it’s safety. I guess her trust in her education as a certified nurse practitioner didn’t outweigh her trust in conspiracy theories, and she didn’t feel terribly responsible about the safety of her patients. So geez, my bad to take her advice to get a pneumonia vaccine “just because”.
Although most of the staff is a lot easier to deal with, the communication system is convoluted and you never know if the barrage of information that the electronic system insists on gathering from you is getting through to the actual people you see.
Ever since the new doctor started working there it’s been impossible to get a timely appointment and when you do, there’s only one or two other patients (if any) in the waiting room. There’s only one other doctor that works there, and she doesn’t take new patients. She doesn’t backup the other doctor, even though you can rarely get an appointment with him within a week, sometimes two. I’ve heard that neither doctor ever works on Fridays, which seems likely since there really doesn’t seem to be that many patients to follow.
I felt good about the care I received when I originally went there 2-1/2 years ago, but at this point I’d rather go all the way to Fort Smith to get more reliable care.

I would not give any stars if I could. Dr Hannah Eveld was my doctor. She resigned and her last month was October. I was assigned Dr. Robert Ferguson in December. They never set me up with a doctor in October because they never called me like they said they would. I called them in December because I didn't need an appointment until January. My appointment was set for January 25th which was 5 days after my controlled substance for pain ran out. I told the receptionist this. She said, call your pharmacy a few days before and they will take care of it. I told my pharmacy on Tuesday, January 18th. Then I called Friday the 21st, to see if my meds were there. They said they sent them a notice 3 times this week and no response. I called the clinic and told her I need my meds today and what had happened. She said she'd tell the nurse. I called the pharmacy expecting the meds to be ready this morning, Saturday, but no response to the pharmacy from the doctor. Now I will be without my meds for pain 2 days before I see the doctor and will be in alot of pain and may not be able to make it to the doctor, thanks to them. I am also supposed to see my dentist Monday, which will be hard to do if I'm in pain and unable to drive due to not having pain meds. This is so frustrating when you do what they tell you and this happens!

The absolute worst doctors office I have ever been to. No communication with doctors, the receptionist, if lucky enough to have call answered, is rude I have spoken with them on multiple occasions and have had no positive interactions. They are the most unhelpful, unhappiest people I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. They make no effort to help the customer or provide useful information, and the frustration you will have is unbelievable. If you can, just avoid this place

My dad was seen by his PCP Dr. Rippy and one of his normal rx when he went to fill it was half the milligram that he has been taking. I called not once, but 4 times trying to find out if that was purposely done or if he needed to take 2 of them. Never received a call back from the nurse and the receptionist was horrible! My mother also had issues with no returned calls nor was she notified that her appointment had been changed until she drove to the clinic for her scheduled time and was told that it had been cancelled. When ask what she was supposed to do about her meds. Receptionist told her she would just have to wait until the Dr. Returned. Needless to say they both have now chosen a different PCP and facility for their healthcare needs.
