This place not only has failed my kid, they almost killed her. These are supposed to be professionals are supposed to knowledgeable in the care they are providing. I suggest that parents who go through this place for help go and get a second opinion in the medications being prescribed to children! On top of that, they very unprofessional with how they do things. And they didn't really help my kid either.

I saw the reviews about answering the phone. So I called to see for myself. A woman answered the phone with in 10 seconds and said, "Thank you for calling Mental Health Cooperative please hold". No hi my name is, how long I was expected to be on hold, no opportunity for me to say anything. I hang up after waiting a short time.

constant withdrawals, absolutely no appointment reminders. i’ve been with mhc for about a year or two and nearly every month or two i’ve had to go through horrible withdrawals and it takes 1-2 days to even get proper refills. social workers are overworked to the point where its difficult to even provide for the people on their caseload. rest of the staff show a blatant disregard for professionalism.

I’m not real familiar with the facility. I am however familiar with Cecilia. After dealing with a family member that has suffered with a mental health issue for many years. I found the exact person to help me. Cecilia has been very attentive, as well as responsive. She has went above and beyond offering many different options. With her help I have been able to make more progress than I ever have.
Cecilia, if you can read this, I sincerely thank you so so much. You have a great heart, and you are most certainly in the right career. Keep up the good work, and thank you for making a difference.

This place has been a nightmare for me. I've had three care managers, two prescribing nurses, and now I have to find a new therapist. I've been dealing with MHC for a year and my mental health is still horrible and keeping me from working. Care manager #2 either lied about emailing prescribing nurse #2 or the nurse really just didn't care but either way, I had to withdrawal from the medication I was on at the time and it was a horrible experience. The therapist knew AND the care manager knew about this, but it just seemed like it wasn't a big deal to them. I'm tired of being handed off to a new employees and having
to explain my situation each time. The only positive thing I can say, is phone appointments were very convenient because leaving my home plays a huge role in my situation. I don't like leaving bad reviews and I understand every situation is different but this has been the worst experience for me personally.

While waiting for an appointment with a family member, I heard multiple employees complaining that there was 6 walk-in patients today. Well, considering this is an office that deals with MENTAL HEALTH….you would think the staff would be understanding and compassionate that people battling mental illness sometimes struggle keeping scheduled appointments. Please check your burnout status with your staff!!!!

Cecilia is amazing! She's so kind and open. You can definitely tell that she wants to help you in any way you let her. Highly suggest seeing her and the staff at MHC. If you want help, they are there for you.

The worst doctor I’ve ever seen I told them I didn’t like the side effects of my medication and asked if I could try another one. They told me take it at night or don’t take it at all and they’d see me in a month. So I was basically on my own if I could give them 0 stars I would.
