Believe me when I say this team knows how to give compassionate, professional care. From the moment you walk in and see Kristi’s warm and welcoming smile, to Jackie who checked me in with ease, to Monica who did my bone density test with such skills, to another Monica who did my mammogram with such comfort and patience to the grand finale with Jill who did my ultrasound with such professionalism yet fun environment, I cannot say enough about this total package of excellence. Wonderful facility. Spacious, clean, center with lots of people to guide you to where you must go. Everyone is upbeat and kind. Exam tech was gentle, informative, and patient. Made a tense procedure doable. Received my results in 3 days.

My appointment was at 1:30 PM. I arrived 15 minutes early, as they recommend and I filled in my information online, including copies of my medical card. I was taken back immediately. My check-in was fast, I was called to the exam room almost immediately after I changed my clothes. I had 4 impressions done. I was getting dressed at 1:31 PM. One minute after my scheduled appointment. Even if I didn't follow the early arrival I'm positive it would have been just a fast. No one was lingering. They set the bar for all medical appointments amazingly high! Thank you for a job well done.
