I’m incredibly disappointed with the treatment I received from a Nursing Supervisor. Due to a policy change, the clinic now only serves patients aged 55 and older. While I understand that policies can change, the way this transition was handled was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy.

I requested a simple medication refill, but instead of support, Mr. Hernandez communicated rudely and dismissively. His tone was unprofessional, and he showed no understanding—or concern—for continuity of care, which is a basic responsibility in healthcare.

It’s unacceptable for a Nursing Supervisor to treat patients this way, especially during times of transition. This experience left me feeling disrespected and disregarded. I would look elsewhere if you're looking for consistent, respectful care.

The doctor remembered everything from my last visit, and barely glanced at his notes. He made sure I was getting the best treatment possible, and my time with him didn’t feel rushed. The office is highly efficient, with very little time ever spent in the waiting room. I highly recommend Dr. Ansari.

I have been with primary since Dr is out, miss him a lot. Recently seeing Talar , Moy NP-C . Seems I am there every with something . I am older . Hope she doesn’t get tired of me. She is a good listener and we discuss he as my problems issues.
